I shredded for the first time all year today

Surprisingly I can still hit most of my moves

But I need to keep shredding with some consistency if I dont want an injury like the one Jeff got to end our session.

I hit gyro double legover over recently and whirr for the first time in forever and Im back to how good I was last summer.

Im down to shred this weekend and every weekend after that

Ill shred but I still feel like somethings wrong internally. I had a scary dream where me and a frind entered a spooky temple, and then there wa creepy kids with candles who led us to a room. Then there was kids with lepracy grabbing at us so that we would heal them

I got a hair cut and shredding is alot easier and less frustrating now.

i hit gyro dlo flipside and i hit osis>inspinning osis flipside also.

I also got this gyro drill down pretty good.

pixie muted clip>gyro pick up>pixie muted clip>gyro mirage> repeat

Today me and James are practicing our Variety show routine and I hope we master it once and for all.
