Shredding with Chris Dean, you are certainly off to a good start. My advice to you would be to move less, a lot less. You seem to be hopping around quite a bit, which makes it very difficult to focus on the bag and control you body at the same time. Try things like legover back to back with just enough upper body movement to help your legs set and catch the bag. Let your legs do the work so that those muscles can develop and get stronger. The bouncing and dancing style of movement you see good players do comes from strength and time. They don't usually start out that way.

I hope to shred with you sometime in the future.

ha cool video. I really enjoy your shred presence. Seems like you just chill and have a good time with the game. Keeping moving even after the bag has dropped - I do that too. Funny.

Are you going to GRASS?

Bryce,

I do not want to hijack this thread with GRASS 2008 information so I will send you a private message with details. I will say that GRASS 2008 is listed under the Journies to the Tournies topic <hint>.
