- Turn your body more on osis. Also think of it more of up-down delay instead of a horizontal sweep. Like with all delays, you want to cradle the bag, not pull it through.
- Turn your hips over the bag more on butterfly. Also, make sure your leg is close to perpendicular (90 degrees) to your body when you dex the butterfly.
- I suggest playing tiltless still. Your longest run was 7 contacts and you had a bunch of toe delays thrown in. It would be best if you played tiltless because you would have longer runs and you wouldn't have to bail to toe so much. Drill the 3 adds, but in runs do mostly tiltless.

Amateurs practice until they can get it right.
Professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.
No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

Not bad man.
My tips:
*Drill your 2 adds. 3s are fun, but you're going to want to focus on getting longer runs, and 2s will help with that.
*As others have pointed out, you should be able to take toe bails out of your game. This is a good thing, and I look forward to seeing you do it.
*How is your breathing? Are you breathing during your strings? This is key.
You're off to a great start. You should feel lucky you began at such a young age. I look forward to seeing your progression in the sport.
Oh yeah, go to tournaments. It's a great way to improve and stay motivated.

I'm going to be very very blunt with this post
i don't think your off to a good start at all. why do you do 3s all the time instead of 2s? why would you try and hit a torque when it seems like you cant do more then 3 tricks average in a string?
drop all the threes you are doing and learn tilt less. get a flow going. dont worry about style to much until your starting to link tricks together
@ Psilocybe: Why would he need to work on his crank? he has more then enough to stall the bag. he doesn't need to work on that.
this is purely my opinion. take it with a grain of salt if you want

Here is a video of my osis i did all the drills Zac told me to do and i practiced osis. I have to work on my crank i think. I still kinda swing the bag on my osis but it feels better.

With Osis, you have to cradle the bag. Pretend it's an egg. If you just let the bag drop on your foot it will break, cradle it and you'll have a nice omelet after you shred.
To cradle it, bring your foot up higher and follow the bag down with you foot as you turn your body and delay the bag.
Don't worry about your crank right now, it comes with time, careful stretching, and increased leg strength. Worry more about form.
It looks like your shoes are really heavy for you. Are they? Or does it just look that way?

In the osis drill vid I noticed that your support leg is pretty straight. I guess that sort of goes with the "magic hop" type of comment you got a few posts up. The hop and the support leg cushion go together.
damn I wish I played at that age
Just soak up as much as you can from everyone, watch a lot of vids of different styles (and don't just watch pros.. watching intermediates can be easier to understand sometimes), and just keep having fun doing what you're doing. At your age, your body will figure out efficiencies pretty quickly. Going to a tournament at some point will really get your mind going.
Can't wait to see more vids! Keep up the good work!
