doing clippers
doing clippers
ok, im pretty new at footbag ive only been playing for about a week now and when i do a clipper the bag allways hits my ribs or goes in back of me and i'm not quite sure where it is supposed to go. can anyone give me any tips or help on how to do this?

practice will help. try to curl your toes in the clipper formation. try to create a pocket in the side of you shoe for the bag. keep droping it from your hand to your foot, clipper it, then catch it. if you still cant do it bend the knee that isnt stalling the bag just a little. youll catch on its just hard at first. and the most important thing is to school your flipside clipper. itll help alot later on.
