had a light sesh w/ jake today - jake hit smoke and dso>dso>paradon. I did the usual, managed to seal atomsmasher w/ magellan both sides, I had a few nice long runs w/ not *too* much BOPing and a lot of 4's and shuffle. I wanna get a some shred in tomorrow w/ the out of towners + CIC - are you guys down?

Had a cool shred today. Landed reverse swirl bs and alomost did
rev. swirl>osis> rev. swirl
I hit smog> smoke>run
alot of atomics in my strings
flip side gyro is pretty easy now
4 pdx whirls in a row
pixie whirl>pdx whirl>pdx whirl>something after that
tried crispy torque>pdx whirl>crispy torque> torque a couple times but i kept footing the torque.
alomst landed quantum ducking butterfly(first try)
almost landed twirl bs
did some tripless strings
mobius
bsosed some ducking stuff(ducking pdx mirage.ducking osis,duck,ect.)
almost landed nuc. ss blender

me and jon tried to do a routine
jon ended a little too soon
i did an intermidate run(its tiring as fuck

)
i tried a shred 30. i had the right tricks but i couldnt last 30 secs.

Ya im down for some shred

midwest was today....didnt play very good. tomorrow is hopefully better cuz it cant get much worse

timing shred 30 sucked

it would be ideal to have a timer or stopwatch that alarmed after the 30 secs. It does suck having to look at the clock instead of the shred (thats why I turned down the job

ok here we go.

Im in one of those tunnels that seperate the lakes shore and the street. Theres like 5 in long fat spiders. Jon picks one up on his gatorade and then trys to throw the big spider on me(that fucking asshole). Thank god it stuck to the gatorade botle but that was the least of my problems. As soon as jon tried to throw it on me i turned around and booked it out of there, but not before there was some mom and dad(big/ripped) with there 3-4 year old in a carrige

. So i run into the carige and i almost smash the kid but i moved out of the way before he got hurt. So the angery dad started yelling at e and shit and im just saying sorry. The kid didnt get hurt, just confuzed. That dad dude sucked and he can go fuck a cow.

I had a decent shred but so far i sucked due to my soreness from the three shreds the following days before i shreded. feeling really sore today but ill take some motrin and suck it up. See everyone there hopefully tommorow
