correctomundo. On the bonus as well. 1982 National Hacky Sack Championships

come on guys, KAPLAN MUST BE STOPPED

If I'm correct I believe Brad has 19 points, so no one post an answer to his question unless you're completely sure it's right.(he gets a point for every wrong answer to his question right?)(and you play to 20 right?) I'm a little blurry( :) ) on the rules

I'm of a mind to edit the shit out of that post
However I will simply say this... if I post a question and no one answers it because they don't know the answer or simply refuse, then I am going to appeal for points anyway, on the basis that I have either stumped you all or that you are all causing a delay of game.

Just play and have fun, and I'll kick the winning footbag with all of you at Worlds :D .

My question is coming soon.

Am we playing the same rules as the previous trivia game. If I remember correctly you were not allowed to have more than one guess/answer??

Hmmm it would be pretty important to clear that one up. I didn't play the original game so I didn't know and I didn't see it in the rules at the beginning of this thread.
It would take away 4 of my 19 points if that were the case...and that would suck.
I also don't see the problem with second guesses in the future. Of course if everyone else was under that impression then it wouldn't be fair for me to keep the previous points.
I'm going to put up a poll for it.

I think it should be one guess each person per question.

And since I'm running it, I guess that's how it will go down.

HOWEVER, if the questions a real stumper and nobody gets it right (Brad's pixie question) I think multiple answers should be allowed.

Who thinks I should take points away from Brad????

What if each person is only allowed to guess once a week or somethin. Then if it's really tough and no body guesses it after a week, then everybody gets a second chance.

If it's gonna be one answer per person, the points should probably be taken away, and I'm not just sayin that because he has 19

I don't really care about the points (they are but mere adds to me  )

I just thought I'd bring it up, because I thought that was how the previous version worked.

Okay so the majority had the rules at one guess per question. I don't think we should change them mid game.
I've put up a new poll to see about my points.

EDIT: After several days of all this I'd guess we want to get on with the game. By a margin of 8 to 4 people think I should keep the points. I'm going to delete the poll now. Since this is Ovetin's game the decisions are obviously up to him. Anywhichway I hope to have a new question up soon.

Keep the points. Go ahead and ask the next question too. Are you excited about (probably) winning a new bag? :p

Thanks, and yes I'm totally stoked to try and win the footbag, but the games not over just yet.

Next Question.

What was the first known term John Stalberger and Mike Marshall used to describe playing footbag?

Bonus: Where is their first footbag currently housed?

Erm, I believe it was Hackin' the Sack.

The desk of Bruce Goodrich?

And Feugo, no bitching at me cause I'm not 100% sure of the answer, or I'll disqualify you! :) JK

Haha, I thought the exact same thing Jeremy.

Goodrich, that's quite funny. :D

Don't worry, I won't bitch. Actually I think that's correct but I don't know. I didn't mean to sound bitchy when I said that, I just didn't want someone to chime in and put in some completely random guess.

ps-Who won the first round of this game?

Nathan, you are correct.
You can even have the Bonus, I would have simply taken the WFA as the answer and I actually think it's on their wall not Bruce's desk. Of course taking the time to figure out how to spell Bruce Guettich correctly wouldn't have been a bad idea anyway  .

By the way, you need to update the tally. I should have 19 :D

Anyone who saw this post before I edited cannot answer this question.

What site did I go to that said Bruce Goodrich was the president of the WFA?
