Today's session was awesome. Played with Jimmy Cliff and Jimmy Hendrix. 2 h alone! absolutly alone in my cellar.
My underpants were wetter than wet. absolutly wet! like I was having a bath! and the shirt, and the hairs!! It represented a kind of AFTER FLOOD in Wolhusen! :D

here are some good strings:

blur>atomic butterfly>barfly>dyno>symp. whirl>ducking paradox symp. whirl (means while I was trying to do ducking pdx symp. whirl it dropped!)

whrirl>pdx mirage>whirl (from a toeset)>whril>pdx whril>sidewalk>pdx whrirl>drop!

and I nearly hit WHIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I mean really really really nearly! I was very close on each try.
And I promise, when I'll come back next time, WHIRR will be hit for SURE!

The last time I tried such a crazy move (something with crazy double dexes) was at Footjam. I tried Ripstein for abou 15times. Suddenly i hit it in front of Peter or "pietre, in czech" (a good shredder from czech pup.)
That was cool! I haven't tried it for months...
Maybe I should try it today...?! Its 7pm. There is enough time to hit ripstein or even whirr today!!

Nils and Nick came too late, as usual. They are depending on gaming their videogames.

So Manu, Sile, ÖLLE and I started alone. My legs were kind of exhausted. The day before I tried Ripstein for 15 min, because the train wasn't arriving at time. I didn't hit it.
But there are some good news left.

Nick hit datw! My brother had some good symposium strings.
Manu nearly hit Atom Smasher and Atomic>buttefly (forgot the name of this move). Then the idea came up making crazystuff with atomics.
And I finally hit Atomic ss. whirl! And I just tried this move ONE TIME! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy that I wanted to try Atomic Spinning Swirl. Did not work at all
But then I made Pixe Whirl... and that was the next new move!

Then Silvan and I tried doing Atomic Symp. Mirage, we both failed. Silvan was in a good moon and hit Pixie Symp Reverse Mirage. (he has never done that before)

At the end of this session my brother and I "doubled" a bit. It was crazy.

This weekend I just practised control.

I had some long routines like:

2x Clipper one side> then change and do two more clippers, and all this I made about 60 times!

blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>butterfly>blur>drop

By the way I'm so near in hitting WHIRR!!! But my kneeeeeeeees... autsch :!:

I just got home from school, switched on the TV and watched "The Simpsons"
It was a cool episode where Bart and Lisa tried to help old people. Comunity Work!
What am I talking about? It's our footblog here... so FOOTBAG

So after watching Simpsons Silvan, Nils and I decided to go for a shred. It was gorgous! Nils took his Big, Big bigger than big Boombox... What a great LOUD Sound we had there while shredding! 8)
But it was worth to take the boombox out, because NILS hit his FIRST 4 ADDER!!! guess what?
RIPWALK !!! :!: :!: :!:

My brother, Silvan hit: (pay attention!) NUCLEAR>(means clipper then with ss. atomic, right?)>symp reverse mirge

Isn't that a huge move?

And I had some really good strings too. We played with "handsome boy moddeling school" and the beat was great, so my shred was also great! I made some good steppings.

Ripwalk>ripwalk>ripwalk>sidewalk>ripwalk>sidewalk>sidewalk>
sidewalk>schmoe>maggelan>smear>magelan>parkwalk>sidewalk>
sidealk>blur>legbeater>blur>atom smasher!

Ripwalk>ripwalk>blur>(atomic op. butterfly, what's the name of this move?)>sidewalk>sidewalk>barfly>dyno>(Ducking paradox symp whirl) and drop during making the last move.

Wow, that shuffle run is massive 8O !
you are getting better and always better, Flavio :D !

Zwecks Namen : paradox atomic ( vom clipper natürlich ;) = nuclear
attomic vom ss clipper heisst heutzutage "hopping", die meisten sagen
aber "bubba" - glaub ich jetzt jedenfalls .
Atomic same side butterfly = tap down
Atomic (op. side ) butter = legbeater

Your brother hit hopping flail, if i'm not mistaken - and thats huuuuge :!:

Nick hit a good string:
mirage>ss. mirage>mirage>ss. mirage
And remember, Nick is the guy on the video who's just shredding with the right foot!

Soon I will prepare my routines...

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD NEWS

Post by footjam_heger »

I've got pulled muscel. My left thight hurts extremly! I can't even walk normally... I must stop shredding for one week. Maybe for 2-3 weeks. DAMN

But the Shred was good while it happend... I made fairy>op. Whirl for the first time and felt down on the grown. Nothing happend. Then I had some real good combos, many 4adders with one-two-or three 5adders init.
Then I made a datw with my left leg. and then it suddenly began to hurt on each move. I tried to play very smooth, and stopped then for a while. I didn't come back to shred again. My leg felt very kind of heavy, broken. I went upstairs. After some hours my left thight felt very strange... then I couln't even walk normally. Always when I tried to move my leg, I just couldn't do that. I knew very early that I should search things in google. And I finally found a good article which said, that I really have a kind of pulled muscles on my left thight.

I hope I can really go for a shred next weekend. There will be a golfjam in lausanne... and a week later I'll go to spain on holiday. With Nils!
