yea sorry i couldnt make the last session man, i was down in hershey park and got back round 3 so i figured by the time i got there u guys woulda been kinda tired. However i definitly plan to be there next week and i believe at least one other person is going to come with me. By the way, props to all you guys, sounds like you all had an incredible session, i cant wait for next sunday. Peace

Since the weather is getting colder, we play inside now. When we can (which is seldom) we play in the Fireside Lounge in the Student Alumni Union building, more often we play in building 7A downstairs from the big art display.

Look forward to seeing the pittsford crew coming more often, and I have to go kick steve gale a few times and get him back into footbag.

Matt,

I DID receive your bag and it IS just as sweet as you said it would be. I have not used it yet, as I was hoping to make another "Matt Cross!" video sometime soon. I was going to bring it to the last Sunday session for some quality time with the RFA but I had forgotten it at home. Fact is the bag was so stallable when I got it that as soon as I took it out of the mail package I busted a few ducking clips and legovers with it in my sketchers no problem.

Thanks Matt for the great bag.

I recorded my solo session last night and will be making a very short video tonight for your viewing pleasure. This session was the first time I used my new Matt Cross bag. The video should be more than enough proof that this new Matt Cross bag was ripe right out of the package and required no break-in period at all - that is unless the guys down at USPS were kicking it around the mail room before they delivered it to my mail box. Hey, you never know.

What to expect in the next video...
- pixie legover > muted pixie same side mirage > double switch > repeat.
- butterfly > paradox mirage > smear > ducking mirage > smudge > ducking illusion > repeat!
- toe set ducking leg over > ducking legover > zulu legover > zulu legover. (took forever to hit - I blame zulu)
- butterfly > merkon > repeat. (practicing spins out of butterfly - not easy for me)
- A little celebratory "touchdown style" dance from yours truly. Should be funny, or just rediculous.

I believe there is more. That is all I can remember now.

Todays session was pretty sweet as well. There will be a video eventually, but Mike needs a little more footage. No Chris today, but one of guys from Pittsford made it, Doug, which was pretty sweet. We started filming really late, but next time we'll have enough footage, so expect an up-to-date video from the RFA soon!!

Highlights:
pixie drill!!! magellan>plo (rpt) > pixie ss pickup > paste (rpt) > smear > pixie ss mirage (rpt) > smuge > pixie ss illusion (rpt) > some extra pixie stuff

phoenix > bedwetter
e-walk > bedwetter again
e-walk > sumo (mid-string)

I'm pretty happy with how I have been playing recently. The last three sessions have went really well. I am generally hitting long strings when I try them, and I'm hitting a lot of new combos. Also we have a coupe new members, which is always cool.

Highlights
20+ unique genuine (all shuffle)
parkwalk > sidewalk > ripwalk > blur (RPT) > pixie drill (got confused at the end though and didn't quite finish it)
30+ tripless run non-unique, lots of repeating stuff
rubberman first try, followed by atomsmasher > tap (rpt) - haven't hit either in a while
frenzy bsos 2nd time

Just lots of nice strings in general..

Had a great session with Aric and Paul Wednesday night. It is now Friday and I am still sore. We played for four straight hours. It was intense and everyone did really well. Paul hurt his knee early in the night so he took it easy for the first few hours. During the last two hours he turned up the heat and did really well. Aric hit a lot of long strings and some great combos.

I have it all on video. In fact, I have recorded the last three RFA sessions and plan on putting out a video in the next week or so. I have four hours of footage to go through - one hour for each of the first two sessions and two hours from Wednesday's session. I am looking forward to making this video.

Little later than usual, but I'll say few words about last session. It wasn't as good as the last three, but still pretty good. Had a few long strings, lots of varied strings and such. Couple string with nice combos or tricks mid-string. Definitely looking forward to the video, I think we all represented ourselves very well, and the new guys should have a string or 2 in there.

Highlights:
wet dream.. (never tried it before)
10+ contacts > legeater > more stuff ... kind of *SURPRIZE* trick
reverse mullet > pdx eggbeater
pixie whirl > pdx eggbeater > pixie whirl > almost pdx egg
couple of nice varied strings with whirl combos, drifters, and ducking

Can't wait for Cornell, and really looking forward to spring and summer. The way things are going now I will probably spend all of spring and most of the summer in NC. I will have a nice full time job, with normal hours and lots of time for footbag. I hope to play a lot, and show up at worlds a new player.
