I've never been excited to play alone before. It's like the excitement you get when you wake for a new day at worlds, knowing you're gonna shred with lotsa neato people!

I must be a neato people. :)

Gonna play in a bit.

I took a nap instead of playing. :P

Editing on the video is done (again. :P)

I'm somewhat satisfied, even though I do 2 sets the whole vid. Please don't critique my variety, I promise I usually use more.

Thanks Aleksei.

Hit Pixie ss Muted Egg last night
Hit Far Symple Swirl bs today, and footed Ducking Sympe Swirl on one side. I don't think I really have a flip on it, which is weird because my flip swirl sucks.

Ummm. Basically just getting back into the groove. I'm playing like ass because my spot is so horrible. It's this really slippery concrete patch that's about 6'x8'. It's horrible. Oh well. Hopefully I can find a good spot to shred.

I drove to the community center and played for a couple hours. Long session finally. Yay. :D

It's like I feel obligated to play for a long time when I drive somewhere.

Made some progress. Whirls are super easy on strong, but I can't figure out the footing on flip. I know what to do, but my clipper foot is just like.. bleh. I need to practice flip clipper. Next session!

I got barrage a shit ton of times, and at least 5 of them were clean that I'm positive of. One was midstring.
Barrage>Paradon and Paradon>Barrage were exciting.
Blenders have been off for a while. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I really want good blenders.
Long string ending on some shuffle to Pigbeater (it was like, PLO>Pixie ss Mirage>Pigbeater)
Quantum was off.
Dimwalk>Blur rpt midstring.

Good session. Long strings and such.

School the shit out of your whirls. That's really the key. There's nobody in the world who has really good blenders who hasn't mastered whirls.

Oh, and cool painting.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too, but I don't want to be a big whirl freak like everybody else. Especially those crazy Fins. I guess I could just drill the hell out of them and not do them in strings so much.

Thanks for the post Ken. :)

I'll bet everybody anything that the chiefs lose today. I'm going to see if I can really truly convert to KU Basketball now. :P

I might go up to the community center again today. That was fun yesterday, and I think I'd probably play well today.

Want to kick tomorrow?

If so I'll give you a call after I'm done tomorrow. I forgot to pack my cell phone charger so I'll have to keep it off most of the time (so if you call me that might be why I don't pick up.)

Just had a session. Not very good. Oh well.

Drilled pickups in preparation for good whirls which is in preparation for good blenders. Which is in preparation for being awesome. Tight. Still pretty far off from flip whirl. Grr. I'll drill it tomorrow too.

Tried Blurry Drifter bs, close on bs.
Didn't do any double downs. Weird.

Thanks again for putting me in the video. I'm glad you got some footage & could get a video up. Not sure what the weather situation is gonna be like, if the ice storm is as bad as people are saying then I'm thinking no kicky the hacky. But maybe it'll miss us. I'll give you a call no matter what.

Looks like no shred with Nathan today. :(

Sucks. Probably won't be able to play tomorrow either. Hopefully that means no school though.

Going to play anyways at Cody's, going to work flip whirls and try and have more variety/uniqueness.

Everybody comment on the Christmas Calendar vid!

Just had really good session at Cody's house, even though he twisted both of his ankles. He stopped playing about halfway through and I was really feeling it so I didn't want to stop. He gave me a lot of challenges that I didn't think I could hit, and I got a few of them first try.

Phoenix>Barfly first try was one. Lots of other stuff as well. Had a few really good strings when Cody was playing, and I switched up my infinity form a bit. More relaxed.

Also got 96 ATW's.

Yes, what does it mean? I'll tell you the lame story behind Frank_Sinatra.

So this storm is a bunch of jive. You dig? I'm talking about hackysack! Tonight! I will give you a call when I'm done for the day.

I dunno, Nathan. Cody's ankles are pretty fucked up and he doesn't know if he can play. I guess gimme a call whenever.

Isilwar is this sword from a manga I used to read. Nothing special really. I'm actually kind of sick of it now.
