What henry means, is that the basics are more important than being able to hit a few big moves ;)

Another bunch of pointless posts in my blog...

I played 2 hours today with Janis, i think it was the best session ive had in so long. I played really well, with really long runs.
Janis hit some good stuff. saw some good pixie sets out and almost spin clipper, and he hit some challenges too.
Some highliughts i remember:

-Spinning whirl > scorpions tail (clean)
-My barraging sets were ON today. Hit janiwalker to start runs a few times (janiwalker +blurriest in run)
- Stepping ducking was great on BOTH sides. Almost Ripped Warrior Bsos (rolled off).
-Run with ripped warrior , and both barflies and finished with pixie torque.
-Some 10 contact run > Gyro Mirage > paradon > gyro mirage > paradon
-Few good pigbeaters
-About 15 contact run with barfly both sides, and Jussssssssssssst missed spinning clip > double spinning clipper to end. I dont do my double spinning clipper like some people how they never plant one foot and just spin on one leg. I find that ugly.
-Some run with side swirl and inf swirl

Some other things, but i was most happy with long runs like 70% of time.

Im getting pretty good at Flipside everthing (esp. Barflies and stepping ducking), and also Barraging sets.

Alex, I'd really like to see you hit tap>atomsmasher rpt, that would look really good :D

SO i havent posted in ages but ive been playing a little.

Ive played 4 hours since the last time i posted. Ive been getting back in to my game, after being sick..

I hit some nice sick 3's on video but my comp crashes when i try to load them :?

I shredded today and my game is slowly getting back. Actually my game feels much better. Pdx whirls are feeling real easy, and especially PDX Dlo's.

I hit some nice stuff today.
Phoenix > blurriest > Spinning whirl
Secret beast

EDIT: fuck always forget :x And i realised i only played 1 hour since i last posted cos somehow i thought i didnt post about last session.

So im back from a really productive session with Janis and and hour by myself.

So today's schooling list went something like:

Infinity
Osis

Ducking/diving clipper
Spinning clipper both + GYRO

Swirl/Rev swirl

Whirl

Pdx whirl

DLO
PDX DLO

Torque

Blender

Drifter

Consecutive Ripwalks
Consecutive Sidewalks
COnsecutive Stepping clippers

drill Blurry whirl > Blurry whirl combo
drill both Spinning Whirl

Ended up being real good.

Infinities and osis are now BACK. Cos i was sick i forgot them but now i feel comfortable doing hundreds.
First run of the day with janis was infinities mixed with barflies and pdx whirls and it went on forever till i dropped.

Spinning on flip is getting there, i can easily do 3 in a row midrun that side ill see if i can hit 10. Gyro mirage and all that is fine but i lose balance on gyro clip.

Rev Swirl more and more consistant. BSOS first time
Swirl didnt do much

Whirls - Pdx whirl was good at the start then got worse. But after Janis left it was back to normal. Was hitting Pdx whirl > pdx whirl > ps whirl and stuff like pdx whirl > pdx whirl >spin > pdx whirl > spin and stuff midrun

DLO - WOOOOOOO! Getting heaps better i BSOS'ed pdx dlo and dlo's in general really good.

Torque - not good, but better towards end. Hit torque bsos and pdx whirl bsos with long run to end.

Drifter - Better, although didnt do much

Blender - i didnt practice till end when Janis said "try " so i did. first go, BSOS blender ending in pdx blender haha. Hardly ever do them.

Stepping - real proud of flip stepping. Blurry whirls have a real high set so i dont rush the whirl. and i can do consec blurry whirls from boith sides

B.whirl > b whirl drill - VERY VERY VERY impressive. I hit that link hundreds of times without too much trouble

Spinning whirl - Better on flipside! Hit pdx whirl > spinning whirl on flip pretty easily so ill try to rpt it

Highlights:

- Cleanest Blurriest b2b ive done (both double dex plus stepping)
- B whirl > B whirl > PS whirl > Spinning whirl (just rolled off)
- Pdx whirl > pdx whirl > pdx whirl > whirlinw swirl > run
- Better Tomahawks

Some other stuff i cant remember. My game is now back and i think i can confidently say my game improved alot today and is in good form.

im getting better. Yay

I shredded with Janis again today

Cannot be bothere posting in detail so ill just mention some stuff that i hit:

-Run with Pdx dlo both sides and Clipper Dlo both sides
-Really good torques towards end - One perfect mobius
-Some random blender runs
-Scorpion's tail > about 25 contacts
-Blurriest > Scorpion's tail > run
-Lots of zooming
-Some good Gyro Dlo's

My game is in top form. I think my flipside clipper is flatter? I don't know but janis said it looks good so :D

Hello

Well i shredded in the carpark again and it was ok session, i get better tork's and blenders but still need work. After an hour we both got tired so we stopped.

After Janis left i felt needy to practis tork's so i schooled bsos torques for a while, and towards the end i practiced Pdx torque on my strong torque, and Mobius on my weak tork.

Progress was made, i hit quite a few mobiuses and pdx tork's so i think its improving.

Hit Scorpion's tail to finish the session. I think im gonna do that all the time, ive done it twice now.

Sessions: 64 (37 shred 27 solo)
Hours: 2
Total: 107.5

PS IM GOING TO WORLDS and im leaving for japan in 2 days.

I played today overseas for the first time. i warmed up a bit until , geeeez it was soo humid and hot! In a place like Melbourne where im so used to playing while freezing, it was funny for me.

Some stuff that i managed to hit whilst shredding was:
- Blurriest > scorpion into a run that had i think b2b barfly
- Mobius and Pdx torque in same run.
- Superfly midrun (i suck at this trick)
- Better pdx dlo's and a few gyro dlo's to start.

Total Sessions Overseas: 1
Hours: 3
Total: 3

Watch out for more reports
