Jeremy, Emily, and myself will be arriving wednesday night I believe... not sure what time we're leaving but it takes 10 hours from Santa Cruz, assuming we don't get lost.

Hey all,
Just a few updates, I have rearranged the schedule slightly to accommodate the Circle Shred Competition, it will now happen at the end of the day on Friday while everyone is still fresh. Also, I have added more intermediate events, basically Sick 3 and Big Trick, that will give them a larger spectrum of events to try out/participate in. Here is the schedule:

Thursday August 10th: Pre-registration on site (Colonel Sumner's Park) 6pm-9pm

Friday August 11th:
For Net, 11am start.
Freestyle schedule:
1pm Intermediate Shred 30 (one round only)
2pm Open Shred 30 first round
3pm Intermediate Big Trick (one round only)
3:30pm Open Big Trick Event (one round only)
4pm Open Routines first round
5pm Circle Shred Competition

9pm Friday night Official Party at Chris Seibert's house, will provide address info later

Saturday August 12th:
For Net, 11am start.
Freestyle schedule:
1pm Intermediate Routines (one round only)
2pm Open Shred 30 Finals
3pm Big 3 Intermediate (one round only)
4pm Big 3 trick competition (one round only)
5pm Rippin Run
5:30pm Onsite BBQ

9pm Noah Jay-Bonn's Party (details and location to be provided later)

Sunday August 13th
For Net: 11am start, finals in all events.
Freestyle Schedule:
4pm Open Routines Finals (On stage at the Bite of Portland waterfront event downtown, about a mile away across the river). Admission free, get tickets from Red.
7pm-Sundown at Colonel Sumner's Park: Awards ceremony, epic final shred down

Also, I have decided X dex and down doubles will be counted unique in the Shred 30 competition, so if you are schooling a Shred 30, you can throw those in. Look forward to seeing everyone out here!

So I don't know if I'm gonna be the only vegetarian there, but yeah, would be nice to have a few veggie burgers available, who's ever running the BBQ. Thanks.

I'm vegan and I'll be there. There are also lots of good vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the SE Portland / Hawthorne area that I'm planning on hitting up while I'm there.

I eat cats. No seriously, I'm praying that there will be no cats. Otherwise I will eat them. With Hot n Spicy Honey BBQ, and maybe a dash of Texas Pete.

Dubba Post

Hey guys, is there a footbag tournament this week? Cuz I misplaced my footbag calendar so I was just wondering if anything was going on in the world of footbag. I'm kinda bored lately and my schedules kinda free this week, so hmm maybe something will be going on that will pique my attention.

If you're getting hungry at the US open, there's a place called the Paradox Cafe that has excellent vegetarian and vegan friendly food. Plus you gotta go there just b/c of the novelty of it's name
