Yay, Nick. I'm really excited that you might come!

No cut off day, just have yourself in a room.

Um... will any attending Chicagans be able to PM me their mailing address so I can get some sweet net shoes and pick them up at NYJ? Finishline has my size but doesn't ship to Canadia.

Tom? Jake?

Oh, and how do we get in on the suite lodgings? Definitely pitch our fair share.

yay! ur coming? In that case I can do something about shoes I s'pose. Lemme know details. So far we haven't gotten a good price on a suite. This usually happens that we get different prices when we call. And they want like 7 or 8 Hundo per night right now so, yeah... In the mean time anyone looking to get a standard room, should call Hyatt [ 1 312 567 1234 ] and mention "Mayor Daley's Holiday Sport's Festival." That's around 80 bones per soir.

Anybody from South Carolina (or any somewhat nearby state) driving to NYJ?

The thing is, my parents live in SC (about an hour from Columbia, I think) & I'm visiting them for Christmas - I have a ride down there, but to get back to Chicago in time for NYJ I need to find some way back on my own. I'd rather not pay the $250 - $300 to fly if I can help it.

I will pay my share for gas and food & whatnot (no worries - I have a job). And as a favor to you for saving the day, you can also stay at my apartment prior to NYJ if we get in before your hotel accomodations are scheduled.

PM me if you can help. Thanks.

Just don't pick up any diseases from the other people on the bus. Last year's NYJ cesspool was bad enough.

I've already looked into those. Greyhound would be like 30 hours on a bus & I don't think I'd be kicking (or walking) for a few days after that. Amtrak is 24 hours and three times the cost of the bus (still less than the plane, but way too long of a ride). Believe it or not, flying is the better option.

So hopefully I can find a ride with someone.

What's wrong with cesspools?

Dat was so sick, but I hung with him and didn't catch anything. :)

But most people didn't get sick until afterwards right? Or was it most people who stayed at La Raza? 2 years ago I had a horrendous cough. I was free and clear this year though.

I got a crazy Illness last year that made me feel dead and I was wearing my winter coat yet still freezing. It was on the last day and only lasted about 4 hours- the pms meds helped clear it up tho.

I was sick last weekend at Cornell, and it's something I don't want to relive at NYJ.
Playing while being sick = crappy runs.

I was looking forward to seeing you again at NYJ.

Zeke, will you be able to print any girl-sized shirts and hoodies?
You hafta come Holly!

When Peng says 'girl sized' she really means 'very small girl' sized. :P

And these posts by Peng and I should suffice as a sign that we will be there for sure! :D
