After a day off I played really well. :D Taking a day off when you would normally play really helps. My back hurts more when I am sitting down or laying so I am in that "pornstar" pose which makes my back feel very good. :D

I had some cool runs and stuff. Opened a few runs with sd clipper> gd clipper which is cool and all. Spinning butter felt really nice. My runs were not quite as osis filled. Hmm for one of the best sessions of my life I don't know what to write. :? Ducking felt easier with my legs not being quite as tired. I hit a few cool whirls which were not as gatesmanesque which made me pretty happy. Midstring too.

My double spinning and other "bigger" dexless tricks are there and by that I mean I do not have attempts that are nowhere close. One double spinning trick today. I must choke in front of other players.  Hmm. Anybody around me now?

Jay totally jacked the moves from my last post. Bastard. He said gyro dyno 20 contacts into a string is cooler than blurry whirl b2b so I basically hit the easiest 20 contacts ever than a gyro dyno. I think it went like this spinning ducking clipper> spinning clipper x 9> osis> osis> osis> osis> spinning clipper> spinning clipper> osis> osis> spinning clipper> spining clipper> gyro dyno. LOL it take quite a few tries. I'm not sure if that is exactly right but it seems right.

1 Month to NYFA? Sweet! Hopefully I dont suck quite so much by then.

edit: Wow that is a lot of smiley faces and whatnot

After seeing John Goode hit Gyro ripwalk the other day I gave surging a try. My spin is clean because...well trust me it is. Unclean spins piss me off so much. The bag often hits my leg and in this case it means I am close. Spinning ducking is like 95% spinning and 5% ducking. Surging is like 85% spinning 15% stepping. I probably will lay off of this for a while and focus more on my flipside but this is a cool set.

Edit
Just tried to do some unique links and stuff. I might have hit some of these before but there still cool.
Gyro diving osis> rev swirl
spinning ducking clipper> walkover or reverse walkover idk (that thing clavens does in the 4kast preview) Actually this is the hardest one for me too. Please don't laugh if you have not tried to hit this.
spinning rake> spinning osis

Some new kid sectioned his post into good bad and goals. I'm jacking that.

Good- Well today I worked on a variety of stuff. I was most happy with my rakes. Spinning rakes were a cool trick that I used so my strings were not so boring. I hit spinning ducking x2 first try and x3 secod try I didn't try after that.

Bad- My runs were rather repetitive. I am not going to bash another person but for fear of starting to play like this unknown player I decided to work on surging and some stuff he does not do.

Goals- Spinning ducking spinning osis. Be comfortable with surging bs. Spinning ducking clipper xA Lot. I have a few too many of these.

Played like shit today. Kind of disappointing. It was just one of those days. Like the best I could come up with was spinning ducking x2. I guess I made a small breakthrough on spinning ducking but not really. I don't feel like explaining it.

So yeah. I filmed and everything but I could not upload to my computer although I would not have uploaded it anyway.

Few small highlights
sd pdx mirage
rather than just zooming I'll spin and duck from now on woo add hunting
sd monster Jorden?
Imroved rakes

Rather than feel angry about footbag I decided to buy BOTS. :D I can not wait to watch flurricanes and pendulums with poor form. n00bs And I am relearning mirages/torques. Really small mirages but my torques mainly mobius, if I ever decide to stop being a onesided bitch, will be HUGE which looks cool.

Wow!

That thread in the general footbag section is just so dumb. If anything I think in cements everybody's belief in the theory of "play more post less." Or that threads like that are the reason people post less.

Worked on stuff out of osis because I hate when I hit a lot of "bail" moves in a row. I would much rather hit ducking clipper or spinning ducking clipper out of osis that an osis or spinning clipper. Plus they are not too much harder even butterfly would be cooler.

Spinning ducking in general is getting to be easier and I hit a few harder moves out of it. Flipside is coming along. I can hit flipside with some consistency. Gyro diving is awesome. Anybody reading this should try it. It is like all the awesomeness of spinning ducking but you don't feel like a one sided prick.

I wonder why I can't get more than 20 spinning clippers. Seriously? Is the 21st one any harder? Bullshit! Felix hit 100! Ricky 17 spinning ducking clippers. Lol!

This rain sucks. Fucking pouring.

Now to school some gyro diving clippers.

Peace

Thanks. Is it just more or does dada curve feel so much different than any other move? Maybe I am theing them. What is the standard for clean dada curves?

I tried to hit a beast today. I didn't but gyro diving gyro osis> gyro diving gyro osis> spinning ducking spinning osis is tottaly possible. It is pretty much a matter of being able to double spin and turning the correct way on the flip gyro diving gyro. There are a couple cool ones. How bout a dexless seven in shoes.

Dunno what the standard is, but here's a clip of dada curves that I filmed today that I consider clean:

...and here's an amadeus that I was happy with. Dada could be better, but I think this is average:

Alright cool. Mine are like yours but I wasnt sure if there should be more seperation of the dexs.

Havent really played much this weekend. I had some fast food both days :( and I know it is a bad idea for me to play when eat that shit but in the short time i did play i hit some cool stuff. I worked on slicing stuff which is probably the easiest clipper set for me but I rarely ever do it and thus it was pretty rusty. Stuff like slicing near osis and near pickup. I wonder if one can hit slicing spinning osis.

I think my immune system has adapted to the side effects of yodels so I'm good. :) Slicing is gyro reverse swirling.

About Dada Curve - it's a really great trick but some people are doing it really bad. Namely they're don't catch the bag in correct xbd position, just pulling the bag into it, like doing osis. Clean Dada Curve should look like this ;)

Yeah Pawel I know what you're talking about.

I hit two really nice DSCs all of today but they were in the same run. I also hit ducking gyro osis BS. :) I had a few nice correct whirls as well as blenders and dynos. Ducking gyro heel stall by accident. Getting props from people is weird. Cause when I play with people or people are watching I never "go hard" so it is like whatever.

Damian Gielnicki is the fucking man. Not only does he routinely get robbed at footbag events (see what I did there?) but he looks happy when he plays. I wish more people did that including myself. And he has the greatest taste in music.

Derrick(sp?) Rose can spin 900 degrees a second. I wonder where I fit in. Some footbaggers have to spin faster than that.

All these kids(by that I mean people like 10years older than me) on modified are losing their weight so I am jumping on that train. Gonna try and lose 5-10 pounds. I think it should be "easy" if I stick to what would be poor eating habits for anybody else. Had 2 bottles of water and 1 mini water so far today which is a great start (trust me  )

Sweet. Drinking water is very important, even if only to keep from drinking other things that are unhealthy for you. Keep it up.

Haven't read your blog in 10 days, and dayum... Good stuff man. Cool you're experimenting with dadas. The name actually means "Freestyle" in French (?) Great stuff lately man. I'll read more in depth later on. Hope to kick with you again sometime real soon.

Nick, hope to kick with you soon. NYFA? I'll probably be there I just need to get work sorted out. I probably won't be able to make it for both days but the night of the 12th or something idk.

DSC you are my bitch. (strongside) I hit one sweet run today that was not filled with osii. It started with gyro butter b2b and then had a bullwhip and rev swirl in there. Double spins are fun :D My double spining drops look like Damian's which is good IMO.

Oh I hit maelstrom today which is actually the easiest spining ducking dexing trick for me. :? I suck at whirls.

As of a few hours ago... I'll see you at NYFA! I'm so pumped.

Great that you've been hitting some nice double spinning clippers man. I plan on working on them soon. Bullwhip is still sick. Props on that too, even though you've hit it a few times now. Can't wait to kick with you at NYFA!
