Drilled weak outside and back kick with Freddy for a majority of the session. I was hoping to drill with Reile too but he pulled a groin muscle. For the remainder of the night I spent working off some aggression by practicing spikes against a wall. ALmost as fun as a punching bag. Started with a few pull downs and sunbacks, even managed to spike a Sipa Sipa right into my eye. Changed up and must have done at least a hundred toe sweep serves (thai round kick sounds way cooler). It feels much more comfortable and smoother than a normal sweep and I definitely like the power of this serve. I'll have to drop behind the line quite a bit if I really want to wail on it and keep the bag in bounds.

Then I must have done about 50-60 scuffs. Focused on keeping my eyes on the bag and really relaxing my leg on the swing up then snapping just before contact. I tend to have a very circular motion from mimiing martial arts kicks but I wonder how effective they will be. I'll ask Scot or Cory for some tips when I see them Thursday. I love kicking the shit out of... uh , shit. too slepy, can't stay focused now.

Can't wait to play again. I want to spike. What a rush.

i'm gonna be in michigan for a few days so i won't be able to shred. on the other hand i'm gonna go shred in downtown TC and tell them how dope CIC is. no one will know what i'm talking about but it's ok cause i know how sweet we are. much love to CIC.

had a sweaty session today with josh. stepping is coming much easier, getting light on my feet again.

hit diving legover, ducking legover, ducking butterfly, diving clipper, ducking clipper all BSOS same string.. + a ducking pdx mirage.

blurry legover > DSO > butter x4.
