I think 4.5 is as good as I have done on rubberman as well. Tricky to keep the energy flow going. Haven't tried it in a while, should come back to that.

I got legbeater ripwalk blur rpt this week

And atomic drifter on one side, flip still not there yet but seems possible eventually

Atomic feeling easier. But still hard midrun or out of tricks. Going slow and steady.

my best not sure, but I been working on some stuff

I'm aiming for first rubberman ever before december, took some time off atomics the past week tough

been working on far symp rev swirl - pdx drifter - symp rev swirl - pdx drifter - rpt, got a couple close ones

rubberman just need to actually try it now to improve my atomics, best i got is 4.5 contacts a month ago but went slow to work atomic and linking tricks, I think I can just drill it until I hit it now

got 2 calendar videos ready!

I was getting pretty good lately with lots of sess, trying to save best for calendar video, sadly 2 weeks ago I got this small pain in my left knee and didn't play since.

Saw doctor today, waiting for results but seems like a micro fracture happened and I cannot do sports for a while, just waiting for xray results right now and a little sad.. oh well I'll just watch my footage meanwhile

Great work on the calendar videos. I got zero ready...

That sucks about the knee. Did it turn out to indeed be a micro fracture? Hopefully you are back on your feet in no time.

Well saw physio today and sadly it looks like a stress fracture even tough xray was negative

Going to see a renowned sports doctor next week got an appointment with a lot of luck, probably going to need a MRI to see what's up

Doubt I'll be kicking for a while

Merry christmas

almost 2 months without playing due to injury

doing physiotherapy but no success so far, seeing doctor in 2 weeks, if not good by then heading to MRI and see what's up

it's depressing, but at least it's during winter

Fingers crossed!

I haven't played in over 3 months because of kid number 2 being born. Once we get back on a schedule, and/or I start working again, I am so looking forward to getting back in the groove.

In other words, I feel for you friend, and as you said; at least it is winter!

That sucks. Maybe potassium will help? Bananas and avocado. Lots of them.

still taking it slow, been playing between 1-4 times a week, light sessions, nothing too long like I used to do,

this week only 1 session so far, in pants, and managed a 52 contact guiltless run!

flip whirl is starting to feel more painless, but I still feel pain in left knee and left ankle here and there, it's getting better at least

Glad to hear you are kicking regularly.

1-4x/week is awesome! Don't go too crazy on that knee.

I have had a handful of sessions since last September when I found some time, and after about 20 mins I get winded...no endurance!
