-Atomics
-Swirls/whirls
-Pixies
-Ducking
-Spinning/Gyro

Lately Ive been playing2-3 days in a row, with 1-2 day breaks inbetween. Hit alot of shit like:

-Legbeater bsos (getting really consistent with this
-Atomic clipper bsos
-Atomsmasher both sides (still hard, rarely hit this)
-Tapdown both sides

-Curbwalk b2b x3
-Torque both sides (clipper set, toe set, ss toe set)
-Whirl 2x bsos
-Swirls both sides
-Gyro clipper
-Frigidosis
-Stepping heel both sides
-Blurry heel both sides
-Footed 'RipHeel'
-Footed pdx whirl both sides
-Schmoe bsos.5
-Spinning butterfly
-Ducking drifter-style clipper b2b
-Ducking no-plant-style butterfly both sides

-'Blurry' osis > ripwalk both sides
-Stepdown > Sidewalk > ripwalk both sides
-Smear > Legbeater
-Backside ripwalk b2b
-Schmoe > Magellan both sides

-op toe drifter > mirage > rpt
-Blur > clipper > blur > some other stuff blah blah > ripwalk > ripwalk > ripwalk > ripwalk

...and probably some other stuff im forgetting...

Louis is getting good at footbag. Ive been coaching him alot lately and am surprised everytime he plays. here in a couple of years Louis is gonna be one of the best drifters in the world. Ive been challenging him to hit alot of drills and shit. I just witnessed him hit some Fairy shit both sides and shooting which was so bad ass!
I had surgery yesterday to repair my collarbone. It turned out to be a very good decision to plate it rather than let it heal on its own because there was a muscle inbetween the break so it wouldnt have healed on its own. I wasnt trying to be an ass yesterday im just trying to provide support and motivation. Well im late for my spongebath so ill see yall later.

Oh yea, over the last few days Ive hit flux both sides several times

Hit some shit today like

Ripwalk > Blur > toe torque(drop)

op toe drifter > drifter

Fairy butterfly

Footed Shooting butterfly, felt pretty clean

Tryed to skool DATW both ways, barrages/toe barrage, double switches, and DoD's, but to no avail.

Matt: Nice work on the stepping swirl

oh, lol, typo, I had to go back and change some things and I changed the wrong one, it was actually stepping whirl and flipside reverse swirl, sorry bout that

Ive got some challenges for you guys
Luis-
Gyro mirage>eggbeater>toe dyno>ripwalk>repeat
You could even substitute the gyro mirage with whale tail!

Matt- Im not sure how your spinning game is coming along but last time i noticed that your sets were a little too high and sometimes sideways. I would like to see you hit some gyro mirages, pick ups, and switches. Also spinning butters, switches, and pickups if you feel comfortable with them. Really focus on setting the bag where IT needs to be so you dont have to move around as much. I know you already know everything i just told you, but its the truth and i have faith in you. You are one of the best freestylers in Oklahoma! Also if you can duck atomic i would suggest schooling some more basic atomic tricks. I challenge you to hit
Tap>atom smasher>repeat
for all of you
magellan>pixie switch repeat
magellan>smear>pixie switch repeat
Oklahoma is lacking alot in the pixe/shuffle dept
Louis will get his later believe me.

No, but really thats great that you have already hit a 2 add trick not long after your horrible injury, are you having to wear one of those back braces that heep your arm from moving?, I had to when I fractured mine.

The thing you need to realize matt is that is an easy drill if you believe it is an easy drilll, and it is an easy drill! The next time you post in this blog I expect to see that you have hit this drill. Heck i wouldnt be surprised if you hit it double bsos, your an excellent footbagger!
And for you Luis I know your hitting cool shit all the time so share the magic with me man! Whats your new tripless record? I bet I can beat it.

I'm thinking about Worlds 07 for sure.Nelson is too.I would like to hit up a few more jams before Florida though,like CSS8 or Montana Freestyle Jam.I wish i could go visit Sam C again, but right now i dont have the money.I'm workin on it though.

No shreddin for me in about a week.Winter is here.I can't play outside

Guys,we gotta find some indoor gym for this season.Practice at least once a weekend would be better than nothin.Extra at home hack too,if you have an empty room.
Ben,Louis,you know of any places?Matt ,see if you can hook us up.I'll look around.I'm sure we can make this happen.

Luis, is the snow or the cold the problem, I actually love the cold weather for when I'm by myself in my garage cause its just a little bit warmer than outside. What do Ben and Louis do during these times?

As of now, I only have 2 guest passes(YMCA) good for three visits each(I think I can get more) I'm wondering though after reading David Clavens blog and his experinece on raquet ball courts how slippery they really are because its been awhile since I have played on them, now I only go to the YMCA to lift. I guess basketball courts would work but we would have to go at a time when they are not busy

I set up my winter season indoor training room.Kinda small but better than nothin.

New kick record with spinning inside kicks.
All styles of ducking clipper practice.
spinning ducking and gyro ducking corpsgrinder practice.
pdx torque>ingyro clipper>rpt.
torque>inspinning clipper>rpt.
spinning mirage>inspinning clipper>spinning pickup>inspinning clipper>rpt
double legovers are my new thing these days

Teddy invents Mr.T ,a toe set ducking ingyro corpsgrinder.wicked cool.
Holy crap! I almost forgot Nelson got a new record too.3 far osis kicks,
and a pretty nice sorta long swirl,reverse swirl run.He can now also ripwalk out of butterfly swirl.
