Looks like diving symposium mirage to me in which case there is a 4th ADD, a [BOD] for the symposium (you did say "no plant while"). Creative shit, props if you've hit it.

My friend hit an interesting move yesterday that neither of us know the name of. He did a half pendulum, releasing it behind himself, circled it counter-clockwise behind his back, and brought it back forward in a rake. I wasn't to sure if it had a specific name or if it was just considered a odd combination. Is anybody familiar with a name for this?

*Edit: Twas all done with the same foot, dex and all.

I'm not sure what you mean but it sounds like Pendulous Swirl (or reverse swirling) rake.

An old school player, JR (started playing in 1984 and still shreds!) told me that this move is a true Rake. He said that what people normally do as rakes are actually "Defractions", which are sort of a lesser form of this move, which is the real Rake. Props to your friend! I've seen JR and one other person hit this move, it's cool!

Ah, sweet. 8 ) I'll let him know. I appreciate the help. One more move, what would you call a flying inside stall to a hopover. E.G.: Set the bag, jump, inside delay it, then do a hopover. All while airborne. I've been searching Footbag.org's site but nothing so far...
