I think it's easier than pixie same foot twirl(which i have not hit)
I'm not really good at rev swirls or twirls for that matter.. but I think that you need lees room to do a twirl than a rev swirl, probably because for twirl the swirling dex is not really a full dex.. anyway, your experience may differ
