i fixed it for you ;)
I actually forgot slacklining too.

Pengpeng is under super tons of pressure right now, she's taking 3 summer courses and she has a final exam in one tomorrow. Go little lady!

Also, I ran out of weed and couldn't find any but some nice hash turned up so I am enjoying that lately.

I just stitched another bag! I've got three 32's for world's now. I intend on keeping this bag-a-day pace until I go, you jerks better buy them! :P

Ben Rea, there's no easy way to just say how to find good drains. You either know about a place where an outfall/infall exists (where comes out of a tunnel or goes into one) or you can look on maps and follow the squiggly blue lines until it disappears and then go to that spot and check if it means a drain starts or ends there.

The drain mission today with my sister started at the outfall where I swung the gate open for her and ended with us popping out of a manhole at the other end. Though those few words make it sound like not much effort, popping a manhole from beneith is very hard every time.

It's such a trip to be standing on some grass at the side of the road and then you look over at the hole in the ground that you just came out of, knowing what is beneith it all and where you just came from. I love appreciating these strange environments that are basically never seen.

Ooh, the resonance in a drain is incredible. My sister and I took turns singing in the crazy accoustics.

I've got a sweet boo-boo from that crash, I slid on my arm apparently.

Do you hear me laughing after the crash? That's sorta become my instant reaction to crashes and hurting myself. I seem to wind up in situations where I am in considerable pain pretty often so I figure the best I can do is just laugh it off and deal with the wounds.

Speaking of injuries before world's....

For the last two weeks I've had this funky knee issue. It's pretty hard to describe.. basically I first noticed something was up when I bent down all the way, normally (my whole life basically) both knees would pop when doing this. Well, recently the left one stopped popping and instead when I got that far it felt like there was this bubble that wouldn't pop. I guess all I can relate to (and you'll love this imagery) is if you tried to close a door but there was a golfball in the hinge.

Anyways, that led to a point where when I was standing around and needed to adjust my weight it felt all funky and wierd and like all the tendons were loose or something.

The good/odd part is that it feels FINE to do any sports. Like, footbag causes NO pain at all. I mean, I can feel something is up when I am standing there, but midstring I feel nothing wrong.

Anyways, I put up with this for a few weeks hoping it would just go away by being light on it and eating healthy.

Last night at footbag club..... my left knee finally popped!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was one of my happiest moments in a long time. I was so scared I was en route to knee shit. Anycase, wish my knee luck.

!!!!!!!!! I just stood up, knelt down and BOTH knees popped!!!!! SO happy!!!

I need to go stitch more hacks.

MY KNEEEEEEES POPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

I had a really good chat with Jan Zimmermann today on the phone. :)

It looks like things are off to a very good start on that front, I have alot to look forward to.

My knee is feeling great!

I have 6 facile 32's ready for world's, I just cut out a bunch of amaretta ones so that I have both available.

I think both materials are pretty sweet now. They make for totally different bag experiences but both have their merrits and it really comes down to what you're looking for in a bag. I don't think amaretta's are right for the kind of person that sticks with one bag since they would just eat right through it. But if you have a bunch of bags and just want some extreme shredder in your lineup then a good amaretta bag is always welcome.

Pengpeng passed her driving test today!!! Yippeeee!!!

I am gonna go call her and congradulate her more. Go little lady!!! :D

I went to my buddy's cottage for the long weekend and it was great.

I wakeboarded and that left a bunch of muscle groups all sore.

bleh, I am in such an awful mood today, I don't even know why. I think it's Oakville. This part of Ontario is such a fucking pointless wasteland. The cities are all boring and lifeless because absolutely nothing can be accessed without the use of a car. Fucking sprawl.

I am normally in a great mood but today something is off.

I think part of my mood is resent towards my sister and her stupid addictions. She's still a big stupid alcoholic and it still scares the shit out of me. I guess she'll either die or we'll put her in rehab. Lovely.

I really hate money too. I hate that it determines so much of what I am able to do. I hate being poor. I feel like no matter how much I bust my balls I am still going to keep getting fucked over and still wind up in debt.

Also, I am spineless and afraid to stand up for myself when I know I am getting fucked. I had the worst cell phone plan ever for so long just because I didnt want to stand up and do anything about it. I just let myself sink into a dark hole.

And like, I DONT WANT MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really really don't want a giant pile of money. When I am a 'grown up' making a real salary I will just blow it on fun toys and give it away to charity. I really just want enough to have my shit taken care of so I can get busy living my life.

Why am I so shitty feeling? Maybe I need caffeine or weed or something. I need to go punch some holes in shit. :?

hahaha that previous post was SO bitchy!

It's funny how different my mood is now - totally happy.

Anyways, footbag club is about to start! Yippeeeee!

Gaaaah WORLD'S is SOOOO SOOON!!!!!

I stitched back together both my climas and my lavers today, both had completely fallen apart and couldn't be played in had I not fixed em up.
My g's are also totally destroyed, I just didn't have time (or interest) to fix them again.

It was kinda scary not having any shoes I could shred in... especially with world's so soon.

I think I will just drill today, I havn't played in a week, which is sooo strange for me. I've just been trying to be super careful with my delicate knee. It's feeling fine, and certainly much improved, but I don't want to push it and wind up not getting to play at world's.

I am gonna drill at footbag club tonight, I need to knock the rust off my blades.

Footbag!! :D

hey mosher,

it was great rooming with you at this worlds. we had the best house. it was so much fun having the party house, and things didn't get too messed up! I think it's funny that, even though we didn't want to have the party house, the party kept coming to us on it's own!!! what a killer, relaxing vacation that was. how was it to stay with PI the other night?

I'm so looking forward to my next session right now. I hope I can make it to TO to see you again before you leave.

later home.

It was really great seeing you guys again. I'm still having trouble writing something in my footblog about my entire experience at Worlds. I had so many things to do, to see, and to absorb. It's hard for me to sort things out! :P

I was staying at the party house for most of my week. It didn't seem to have too much partying there from my experience. Chez Mosh was the place to be. 8)

Take care!

-Way

PS: You have my Mosher bag, still in need of refilling. And Pengpeng still has that Cuddlebaggy that I really want (the pink and animal print one). I think I paid for the Cuddlebaggy but not for the Mosher bag refill. Sorry if I didn't drop by on Saturday/Sunday, but I guess Ben Roscoe and the gang at Suderman's needed to catch a ride to the airport asap, and I ended up tagging along. :?

Tom and I woke up to this:
Image
Scott Bevier, Sunil Jani, Milan Benda, Vasek in our living room. Tom came out in his thunderpants. I was SO confused. Did they stay the night? That week really was footbag fantasy land.

I didn't really take many pictures of footbag action though.

The neighbours on both sides of our house had complained about noise from the party at our place last night of worlds. But we left Terra Verde unscathed and broke nothing in the house. Whew!

Wow you guys were ... great, and insane at the same time.

Tom Mosher, I still can't believe how out of your mind you really are. Jesus, it's crazy, don't change man, never change. Nice quad atw b2b with the tennis racket.

Peng Peng, you must weigh all of a 60 lb dumbell, lol. However, you were cool and relaxed and definately knew all about the magic cards. Thanks for the great experience.
