you could either:

split the file into parts

decrease the resolution to half of what it comes out of the camera, try not to drop the framerate if possible.

I played with you a few times at words, you improved alot. World is rough because its so long, and theres always people kicking with fresher legs than you feel like you have. Just have fun, dont compare yourself to others, or try to shred like the masses. Come to Chicago to NYJ this year - its fun

Yeah, I think I will come to NYJ as long as I am still welcome. ( I understand that I may not be welcome anymore, and I would not blame anyone if that were the case )

Hey Paul,

If you keep playing footbag (heck, even if you don't) the footbag community will always welcome you. I can't think of anyone that the community reeaaally dislikes. If you're not a jerk you're generally welcome.

And you don't seem like a jerk so stick with it.

Also, it seems like you inspired lots of people, you've inspired me too. I feel like I'm not trying hard enough or something.

I think if you keep playing footbag someday you will look back and realise that was the best decision you ever made.

maybe I am wrong about barrage being stepping quantum, quantum is a new concept for me that I thought I understood. its like, mirage set right?

so I do a stepping set, then mirage it again during uptime/peaktime, then toe stall it. barrage right?

anyway, 2nd session today..... oh yeah baby, im stepping it up.

its deff not barrage.

but tape it anyway. quantum has a very unique look. its probably just a blur or a steppping miraging toe stall.

barrage is just clip set the quick dex dex with the opp foot the toe stall on opp foot
