Me, Jani, Jaakko and Janne.

We mixed the pairs all the time and had good matches. Somehow my team was always 5-0 or something down in the beginning, but the games turned out to be pretty even in the end, however. I guess I need to have a mountain to climb before I get going.

Yes we do. It is the same person who posted it there. That is Oskari Forstén from Naantali, Finland. And the guy who did the roll spikes you mentioned in footbag.org forum is the same person, Oskari Forstén from Naantali, Finland.

If you mean how long we've been playing net, well.. First time I kicked a net bag was in Finnish Footbag Championships '98. After that, I gradually stopped kicking freestyle and started playing net "full-time". And I really don't know about the others. Zidane? Footbinc? (is there anyone else reading this Blog?)

I've played since 1996 or 1997. I competed the first time in 1997 Worlds.
I played also freestyle in 1997 Finnish Footbag Championships

...but not after that anymore.

Well in Poland we have started plaing net since 2002-3. But more for fun than for true net game. but from last year I moved totaly for net and leave freestyle. And I loved !! this jumping and spiking. This year we have made first netbag jam's two editions and have some workshop with Andy Ronald and Frankfurt guys. Heh it's long way to pro level. But there will be lots of net players here in few years.
This year I get Manu netset and NB1221 sweeet..

hope I will made some video from Polish Masters starting on friday,can't wait to kick some asses

about footcraft.net we have some bags from them I was looking for this link, relly nice stuff Blocked mem. rocks, sad thing is that there are only few net vids on net ehh.

Keep kicking hard and maby we will play some matches in future.

light since 96, dark since 99. 3rd place worlds 01 in int. singles. losing all 1/4´s to frankfurt ever since playing open.
dedicated judge, hosted 3 net tourneys since 04.
building nets since 01, made 8 so far, sold 3.
favourite moves: scuff, sunback.
shoes: brooks addiction 2004
bag: ff62, pf48
no steady partner :(
never been to finland :(

antek: if you havent seen them, check my .org video gallery. there are some more net vids available.

i´ll be filming the upcoming workshop in frankfurt. so maybe there will be a workshop-video available around xmas.

How is it possible that all the players are tired? We were, and the games weren't very satisfactionary. We had fun though.

From my point of view the session was a good example how a badly slept night takes the sharpest edge of the play(talking about myself, don't know about others).

Now I'm going to take a nap before todays training session at 20.00.

Sunday, Oct 16th:

It was a fun session, again. We played one game to 11 and changed partners after that and started a new game. Had the time to play three rounds and one whole match(2x11) Me and Janne against Jani and Opa.
Tiredness wasn't a problem this time. And I did my third toe jam ever!

Yes, it was fun. My legs were a bit numb for driving the whole day, but anyway we had some good games. I'm not sure if I'm getting a bit old, but I thought two hours was just a bit too much for me this time.

Or maybe it just was the driving.

But seriously, if we have a two hour session it would be better to have 5 players. After a one game break there's always more of a hunger to play.

It is nice to see that somebody even reads this blog. Benno, we need more bullshit from you to keep people interested!

well, i was gonna save this rant for my blog, but this will do.

Now, Ive always liked Finns. Its a little tradition ive had since i was like 4.

It all started with number 17, Jarri Kurri, best hockey player ever not named wayne gretzky. Then, after him, Esa Tikkanen, the only guy I know who when he speaks english, us english speakers dont understand him, and when he speaks finnish, finns dont understand him, so we all had to learn tikkanese. After him it was Niinima (which i still cannot spell). He was cool. He played hockey, listened to death metal and was always being funny.

Nowadays, its footbaggers, you finns are a rockin bunch, you like to drink, spike, and drink some more (ok, matti and jekke like other things that we cant talk about here). We have many laughs....

Now...

Mikka Kiprusoff can SUCK MY COCK. Wow do I hate this guy. Fuck him. He had a more goals against him that matti had fisting awards and jekke had reindeer victims and HE STILL SHUTS OUT THE OILERS.

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH.

I realised today that I hate Flames almost as much as I hate that other hockey club where Kurri used to play before his NHL career....

? Oh yeah, Net sessions in Viikki, well.............I used to live pretty close to Viikki when I was younger.....
