Yeah thermogenic products cause the heart to pump faster so they're pretty dangerous if you over do it.

In terms of fat-loss the best thing in an E/C/Y stack: Ephedrine, Caffeine and Yohimbine(sp?). It requires a strict diet other wise you can mess your self up.

Anything can be dangerous if not taken in moderation and caution. Herbs and natural supplements aren't regulated by the FDA either. Yohimbine for example is a tree bark, but can be dangerous with overuse and eating foods with tyramines(cheeses, nuts..ect). Nothing is really safe.

Correct.

I don't understand how people can be in favour of things like Yerba and so against other thermogenics. They all speed up your pulse, just like caffeine does. What do you think these energy drinks do to your body and heart to give you a buzz and keep you awake? For the record I havnt personally taken anything but caffeine but I know a few people how have take thermogenics like Lipo6 and RevXP. All I was suggesting with my previous post is that if people are willing to try these "natural" thermogenics why not also consider other well know similar products on the market. Please also consider the fact that just because something is "natural" doesnt make it safe or safer then something made in a lab.
Calling something natural is a slippery slope. Lipo 6 for example is basically just Yohimine (bark) and caffeine. Is it not therefore "natural"?

I'm addicted to red bull.

I don't drink it when I really need to be focused and controlled though - like I wouldn't drink any before competing in a serious competition but apart from that I pretty much live off it.

One time I drank Red Bull while I was playing volleyball, and while we were practicing serving before the game, a ball came flying at my face, and I didn't see it until the last second, and I ducked, and it missed me. I was so pumped that day. I also switched from Red Bull to water throughout my footbag sessions, because water wasn't enough.

Bawls is crraaazzzy stuff. It has a pretty extensive effect, just like Red Bull. But because it's a bit more carbonated like soda, I always felt a bit out of breath when exercising after drinking it.
