Any word?

For me, I think the endorphin high is my primary motivator. I've been conditoned. Theres nothing quite like being drenched in your own sweat. I must lose at least a pound in water weight any given session.

My biggest motivations have all been said actually (Watching Vid's, Going to Footbag Events) but there is one that has kept me exercising a lot last summer and is making me eager to shred anytime anywhere atm :

Think of a trick you've never hit before and just have little sessions only for that single trick. As soon as you hit it (and that might be rather quick if you pracise enough and the trick sessions are long enough :D) you are so unbelievable happy that you don't want to quit footbag for a while. During that time you can perfect the move and start another one ;)

Of course you have to be quite motivated to practise at all to get this concept to work but once it does it really keeps you going (my opininon)
