I am I the only one who noticed croquet? I thought to myself, " well thats not very intense". If croquet is an acceptable cross training technique than i like to go bowling and drink beer while i do it. Maybe playing those games of accuracy could improve your footbag game, who knows. I doubt if your good at golf and you play it all the time it will help you with footbag, footbag will help you with footbag, golf is just golf.

He was kidding. Even if he does play croquet, he doesn't think it's great for cross training.

Golf is Golf. I love golf. It may not help my footbag abilities but ot sure is a good way to walk about 4 miles if you play 18 holes.

Juggling, Wing Chun and Kettlebells. Do Kettlebells for one week and you'll feel like a TANK no matter how little you are. The only exercise I've ever gotten instant results with. INSTANT I SAY :!: The awesome thing is that Footbag is actually my warm up for Wing Chun and K.B. And also Footbag and Juggling really hone your reflexes for Martial Arts. GO PERIPHERAL VISION!!!
