There are eight options. 60, 62, 64, 68, 80, 82, 84, 86. The trick should impress (or at least mildly interest) you if one of these is picked significantly more than 12.5 percent of the time, or more generally, if any definable category does significantly better than it's share.

I think the "psychological trick" is that most people focus on making the second digit even and completely forget about the first digit.
