My heart is beating. One flight and a few days, until I meet my destiny. I want to recognize the fact that there have been hundreds, if not thousands of years of practice of all ingredients within pizza that have come to one house in California, to be baked all together for the enjoyment of young footbagger's.

Yes Jay, I feel the same. 2 weeks and one very much longer flight and I shall also be experiencing this amazing experience of pizza experience.
