5x5x5:about 13 minutes. I have one with a really unwieldy mechanism. It's just plain difficult to turn, even after I greased it.

Use silicone! But not WD40, it can ruin the cube!

I solved my first one today. I spend about 5 hours yesterday and then an hour today. Finally started from scratch again and got it in about 10 minutes.

I used:

Up until Permuting the LL Corners and then used the alg for it from the above site if needed.

Then I used Step 7 and 8 as shown here:

I found a lot of the explanations very confusing. I finally did it though and I would think it might be a while before I attempt it again
