congratulations jeremy, you are the expert on freestyle soccer

obviously we all have seen other people and other videos of it, my point was that this guys style and his flow with trick linking is different from other freestyle soccer players ive seen.

the comment you made is unnecessary, this guy is good, and his control is very impressive. its a different sport that requires a different set of skills. I actually allow myself to be impressed when i see something new and different within the freestyle soccer world, instead of just playing it off as easy because im a footbagger. we're just as bad as any annoying asshole that goes "oh man you should totally play soccer" when we dont give a skilled object manipulator his due.

I guess im just totally sick of people, especially good footbaggers who spent years developing their skills, totally dismiss something as "not that hard to do" yeah there are lots of tricks in the video that a footbagger could hit, but at the same time, there are TONS of tricks that i guarantee it would take a LOT of practice to hit once, much less string them.

SAY SOMETHING POSITIVE, or how about a legit criticism, instead of just posting how not impressed you are because no one actually cares if you're impressed or not, thats not what this thread is about

Second guy definitely had skills, some of that stuff is extremely difficult to do.

This is a bit more like freestyle footbag shred:

Jeremy, it would be nice if you were a bit more positive about things that are of no consequence to you.

Why does it bother people if I don't find something incredibly impressive, and post about it?

Do we want to be in a constant circle of love singing Cat Stevens songs and pretending to be fairies (the little butterfly like pixie creatures, not homosexuals)?

Also lets please avoid the strawman arguments. If you want to infer meaning in a post, make sure you're clear about that interpretation before attacking it.

I suspect some people care a little too much about what gets said on this forum. If somebody criticising YouTube videos makes you angry, I think it's time you took a break from the internet for a few days.

you are perfectly entitled to your opinion, as well as to express it, what bothers me is when you phrase it in such a way as to make others feel stupid for being impressed by it. its simply a dick move.

Yes.

Again its not the criticism of the video, its the criticism of other people liking it.

oh and I'm the one who needs a break from the internet?
you are the most frequent poster, have the most posts, and the most topics out of anyone on this forum, ever. its a fact.

Leave a comment about the video, soccer, or footbag in general.

Please, no more debate that is lacking a relation to this topic.

At no point did I criticise people who enjoyed the video. If you did enjoy it, I'm happy for you.

I might have the most amount of posts, but I don't attack people for posting negative comments.

It's impossible to see how this post and the other posts relating to this post are not related to the topic.

edit; And also I often do take breaks from the internet.

I like the guy who's in the majority of the vid uploaded by Curtis. He uses the environment more but shows he can still dex and juggle pretty damn well.

sorry guys, but I hate football!

these "all hat and no cattle" wannabe footbagers are not my thing.
It seems to me that they stole the moves from footbag. the sport football is much much more common - they're going to steal our part... :D

if this trend continues, footbag will soon be buried under sand.

my naîve opinon. (particularly affected by my dislike of football/soccer)

The name of the topic is not appropriate and it belongs to the "Kicking Circle" in my opinion. It thought it had to do something to footbag and I got very upset by what I saw...soccer freestyle...again? :(
