yeah, good job yesterday buddy! you played really smart, and working smart is much better that working hard. you tried something and then when it didn't work out, or didnt work out as well as you wanted it to, you stopped, thought about it (asked about it :p ) and tried to fix it. that's the best way to learn.
don't forget all the things you worked on!!
-straight sets for atomics, knees pointed in, and shifting the hips back and forth. don't move sideways over the bag.
-quickly change the feet for whirls, torque, and barrages. only one foot on the floor at a time.
-remember those half turns for pdx whirls.
if you work on those things over the next 2 weeks you'll be throwing that stuff down in my face like no body's business when we play again!

Wow!!
Sounds like an epic session, Manna!!
When you try flip Pdx DLO [especially] concentrate mostly on the legover. Just like I told you for Smog. Get it in there as fast as you can.

You're gonna be schooling us soon enough.
I can't wait :D

word! I like hearing that your are playing alone on your own time. that's the time when you get the best. shredding with the group is more fun, i know, but when you put in the time on your own, group shred will be even better as you blow us away with all the crazy new shit you have learnt!

well me i shredded Earlier. pretty good playing solo in front of my house. a little sloppy tho i was really tired. >_>

HIGHLIGHTS:

fairy>ducking>butterfly. Bsos/ midstring

pdx whirl bsos/ midstring

paradon> barage>butterfly> barage on filp all i was missing was the paradon on my flip. >_>

diving miage bsos.

yay. Super fly dont know if it was clean tho. Andrew and Erik will have to see.

nice long simple strings like Asmus told me to do. alot more double dexs in strings to.

Here is another cool think. me and 2 of my best friend(steven and Dave) made a life long story of my footbag life at the time.we made it beacause last summer we where really bored we would usally have a long convo on msn and strart to freestyle the most random stuff together , till it become really funny  . i think its a really dope song and ppl on modified should come check it out and tell me what you think.i plan to make a video to it but im lazy plus i dont have a Camera to film with i do but its just my moms digital camera i want to make a good video to it. maybe durning the summer and Andrew brings his camera or somthin. The beat is orginally used for Lupe Fiascos "kick push". but instead we made it in to a footbag song/ my footbag life. but much love to Lupe he is one of the best in my book. D.O.P.E Enjoy love.

Sick stuff Manna.
Good to hear you're still playing on your own when the old fogies aren't around. Nice highlights. Superfly sounds sick. Wow. So you hit superfly before PS whirl? :D Haha. Nice. I'm gonna pull an Andrew Grant and question the cleanliness especially of the barrages :P Maybe there's a tip here on Modified (Trick Tips) on how to do them clean. I know mine are super the too. I wanted to play so bad today, but it's good that I didn't. Maybe next week. You might have, like, a million new bags by then or something.

Fucking Butterfly bsos is sick.

The Justice music video is epic. Nothing better than violence and destruction.
Thanks for sharing.

The song was really funny. I liked it alot. A great tribute to footbag and Lupe.
