If I drop my kittens will run over and pick it up in there mouth and run away. Gives me motivation not to drop. Lucky your cat keeps its distant.

Great shred btw

it was nice to see some footage of you again. i like your style and your spins are really nice. i think you should work on your string lenth (it's really hard when playing alone though) and i'd love to see some toe shuffle.

I love your cat :) . I know I never met him/her, but I love it anyways, and hope to kick with it someday. I think it could hit some ducking toe stuff for sure :P

Oh yeah, sweet shred

Ashley,

Nice video, good shred, good music. I haven't seen you play since the old David (Clavens) and Ashley videos. I know there were a few since then but those stick out in my mind. I understand what you mean by "I should be better now." I had the same feeling for years, then something clicked in the beginning of the this year and I started to make small but regular improvements. My advise would be to work on drills that train both sides and your endurance. Pdx mirage > butter > repeat as many times as possible. The same with illusions. Matt Cross once said, "If you can do it 4 times, then you can do it 10 times." Even something as silly as repeated legovers can train your legs for longer and more controlled strings. Your style is really smooth and you do know the ins and outs of footbag so I imagine anything you learn will be in proper form. Push yourself hard, but every now and then have a "chill" session were you just hit long strings and nothing new. Thanks for the video.

Peace.
