joke. But props dude. I remember you talking about body building all those years ago in Australia, so I'm happy for you to have made so much progress. One of my best friends is a body builder, although he doesn't compete and he was very impressed to see your video. It's a very impressive job without steroids; you must work very hard.

I recall writing a mini-biography of Ales Zelinka back in 2004 around when he came to Australia. Man he's so massive now.
