If footbag was big, what would we be kicking with?

i wouldnt care :d i would prolly have my own little underground pakistani factory :D
i mean, come on, imagine that... bags in a store, lets say a skateshop, or surfshops or some like that, bags packed into some plastik with stickers on the packing showing my face, matt cross´face... i can totally see it. we just need to push harder :D and since we dont have to stitch these mainstream edition bags, we would have time enough to still stitch for the oldschool underground comunity like you guys :D
come get your mÃcrÖ¶ bag today
buy one of my bags and help finance my guitar lessons :)

Just to set the record straight!!!
every major footbag company on the planet - wfa, planet footbag, freedom footbags, and my own elemental footbags sell footbags that are hand-stitched in pakistan
NOT TRUE!

Freedom Footbags does not sell footbags that are hand-stitched in Pakistan...or China...or Guatemala...

Our company is one that takes pride in the fact that we support the footbag community and it supports us!

I LOVE writing checks to people like Richie Abshire, Brian Bear Sherrill, Aaron Shepard, Paul Mestas, Matt Cross, Josh Raye, Hania, Kolo, and Boise locals Ben Neilsen and Hoa Tran...and I've written the check and have yet to post the footbags from our newest stitcher...Zeb Jackson! [Let me know if you are interested in stitching for Freedom...be sure that you have made at least 100 footbags before thinking about sending me a sample.]

We do purchase footbags from the WFA. (I feel good about supporting Peter and Bruce...they even brought the WFA van out to mine and Daryl's wedding!) The footbags we get from them are fair trade from the Philippines.

Yes, it was mentioned that stitchers get burnt out...TRUE! I just have to know to take their footbags off our website the second we sell out so that I'm not back-ordered, leaving customers waiting for weeks or months! (This has happened with virtually every independent stitcher I've had).

Props to Richie Abshire!! He's on top of his game

Unfortunately I believe if footbag goes BIG we are out of business. Footbags will be made in mass quantities in countries with cheap labor! AND the major corporations hiring them will make sure they are making professional quality footbags...just like they do now with soccer balls, basketballs, tennis balls, etc.

I do like the small underground community...but at the same time I would love to see footbag go BIG!

Footbag arm bands for soaking up the sweat, and sock pockets for storing your extra footbag or when you need a footbag on the go. Footbag tube backpacks. Much like pog containers but longer and with straps so it can be worn as a backpack. Or just a backpack with specialized shoe carrying capartments and extra mesh footbag carrying pouches. More footbag mats. Trendy Super short shorts for extreme footbag needs. Footbag shorts with speed stripes and air flaps.

We would be kicking with giant footbags!
No seriously, I think they would get bigger. People don't like footbag because they are not flexible and the bag is small. Out of ten friends who started footbag together, I was the only one who actually continued.
They dropped out for those reasons. A bigger footbag with all kinds of wierd stuff inside would make up for these problems.
Personally, I am against it.

Little elementary school kids will be kicking sandmasters- the schools would be dominated by footbag.
