The Vegetarian Myth

I heard something about that on BBC radio the other day and I've been wondering the same thing. Intellectually I don't have a problem with it, assuming its environmentally responsible. From an ethical standpoint I don't see why not, as no sentient being is killed to produce it. But my reasons for being a vegetarian don't have much to do with ethics so I'd also be interested in hearing what someone who is motivated in that regard has to think. But actually eating meat would feel strange after eight years. For the most part I didn't enjoy eating meat very much before I became a vegetarian, and I don't really get tempted by the sight or smell of it. So I don't know.
