Knee Pain

I didn't feel like reading the entire thread, but if the pain is below your knee cap, it most likely is osgoods shlatter. I've been going through it. Usually a bump below your knee cap forms, but sometimes it may not be very evident. If this is the case, there is nothing you can do but pop some pills and wait it out.
