My backpack includes:
water
lavers
bags
sunmilk
extra lace
cds
flyers
batteries
t shirt ( for after shred)
socks

In my right arm there is my jvc radio

and in my left arm i got always a big sign with me where "www.footbag.ch" is written on it , so if people do not want to ask me about the sport they will be able to look for some information on the internet by themselves.

By the way footbag.ch is the best info site in german language on the net.

I forgot to mention that I also have several tissues with me when I "shred" (Always new ones, I hate finding a snotty tissue from the bottom of my pocket).

I should start bringing sunscreen. I went to the Bluesfest both days this weekend and got sunburn both times.

I rollerblade over to my spot, as a warm up, with a backpack containing my lavers, bags, water, cell phone (in case I get hurt and need to get someone to help me), and a red bull or monster.

I used to ride to and from the beach (8 miles each way) on my mountain bike during summer sessions. Then I would have to bring a heavy bike lock and stick it in my bag with the rest of my stuff. I used to have a bracket that would fit the lock to the bike frame but it never worked very well so I decided to just carry it in my backpack. It always seemed to get heavier and heavier on the ride home.

Now I take the train or bum a ride

goes a lil something like this...
backpack
-lavers
-footspray (thanks joel, you'r the bestest)
-axe
-cd's (but we just listen to josh's)
-a bag (if i have one)
-cell phone (to find the after party)
-cigs (but i tend to have these all the time any ways)
-lead pipe (to beat off the river rats/ attack annoying jugglers)
-water bottel (but i'm on the hunt for a camel pack!)

other
-cd player (preset to kick out some zepplin at max volume)
-extention cord (because the dewd with the ladder moved the available cord way high! and to help with the occasional beat down.)
