You can do that quite easily.

Take a condom and work both hands in with your hands back to back and then open it enough for someone else to also get their hands in. you can open it big enough to slip your whole head in!

My friends and I have done this lots, it's great fun! You slip it down over your nose and use your hands to hold it tight then you start blowing hard with your nose. You just keep going till it gets huge and everyone gets scared then it blows up!! It's superb!
