Make Footbags!

When you can't footbag you might as well prepare for a time when you can. I always carry around a little altoids tin with a needle, thread, and the pieces for atleast one footbag. That way when I have some free time but lack the space to footbag I can work on a new one.

It might make you want to footbag that much more but it will mean so much more the next time you get a chance.

Get a girlfriend? That maybe the best way not to shred. Even if she isn't interested in footbag.

for me, a girlfriend wasn't a replacement but more an addition to footbag. My last girlfriend (the relationship lasted for almost exactly 2 years) lived together with me, so we were together half the day and the rest of the day we did seperate things (that's a lot healthier for a relationship), so that was the time I used for shredding. but when I was not able to shred, it was quite senseless to do sth. with my girlfriend instead since it was better not to do sth. with her in that time.

my best proposal for non-shred-times :
work ! work will (if it is good work) let you forget footbag and if you're done, you are not able to shred anymore
