are nike sandbags washable?

NOOO!!! That bag is huge and it sucks so hard. I was kicking with one just yesterday. Try to avoid it, if you have a chance to get some other (=better) bag.

i bought one friday i think it was, and it came with a tag on it, and on the inside of the tag it says "Nike Grind: This bag was filled using recycled ground up athletic shoes" so i bet they spent about 25 cents making this bag... and it sucks too

Well, i just used it to kick with but now that i have my new 32( heck yes )
i barley ever play with the nike any more. As of right now i cant even find it. But my 32 rocks.
