next trening, but nothing special on this 1 hour session, maybe one nice for me run:

steping PS whirl>Whirlwind>spin pdx blender>run whith mullet, food processor, blurry whirl.

i was thinking... tomorow i have brake, because day after tomorrow i am going to euros, so see You all folks there!!! and the end in here for abut 2 weeks;]

Yeah, i was talking about today break, but one more shred. nothing new from trikcs, but couple nice runs from me:

montage>whirlwind>spin pdx blender> run with pdx torque, spin pdx whirl, ps whirl, pdx blender.... drop when i want to hit mobius;/

whirwind>double spinning osis

hmmm rigt now it's all what i remeber, but fuck it was more...
my super memory;]

so, right now it's break for abouyt two weeks. once again -> See You at Euros;]

well, the euros is over and i must back to reality...;]

what can i say about euros? i think that everything was sayed in other blogs and topics... organization was really good, place and weather too. for me only jugding was disappointing thing. results was really controversing for everyone. in sick, in semifinals open, and in finals too i think...

but anyway, i'm glad to meet all the people, see You guys next time!

hmmm, that will be last post before i will gone for 3 weeks.
Nothing special on this last session... it was my first trening after euros (after about 4- 5 days breake)
new trick?:
symple spining pdx blender
pixie spining mirage
royal assasin (first time when i try it and next trick to the "collection"

)
runs:
ps whirl>ps whirl>ps whirl>whirlwind>run whit some 5's and 6's
superlfy>merkon (my first spin after superfly hehe)
tomahawk>mobius>pdx blender
mullet>mobius>food processor drop

that will be all i think. it;s really hard to do something new in this times...heh

what's new? in 7-8.10.2005 in Szczecin will start 5th open Polish Championships what will be organized by my footbag club - ToMiStyka.

well. that's shred what i like... budzik hit for the first time rubberman drill, combos whit whirgig bs, bluriste bs, blurrier bs etc...

hmmmm, next session but really short... only 1 hour,

my blenders on flipside to this time was really week, but i wan't to fix it;]

and little drill, it was born in my head at this session:
rev swirl>spining osis>rev swirl>spining osis

my worse stteping is going to be better i think... and i'm really happy for that.

two days ago i was on Warsaw Championships generally only for judging, but io beat my record in shred 30 (i never do my shred 30 on paper or in my head, it is always freestyling because to this time i didn't feel to strong in this competition) the recird is 154 pkt, but i'm happy for that...;]

i win also in sick 3 with 5>6>6 blurry whirl>whirlwind>spin pdx blender
on shred day after event was another shred session, and i beat my rev swirl recors, no it's 10.

i think that will be all what io wanted to say. cja all!!

on today trening I beat my shred 30 s. record, now it's 210,7 pkt!!

30 contacts (one drop)

109 ads

i'm really glad for that

here is vid with my superdeeduperfly (7add). i was waiting for that vid from a long, long time... someting about half year ago my friend was camering my shred, but he also was talking with a girl in same time, and when i hit for the first time my superdeeduperfly he was camering tree and not me.. it really piss me off then, but ok. now it's camered second time, it's good and have it;]

yeah next trening= special guest.
Yesterday come to my city (Police) great shreder from Szczecin (17 km far oway). His name is Adam Cieszkiel. some time ago he has problem with his clipper (really strange situation) but now he is coming to his great form!!

together we hit little drills one of them is:
blurry whirl>blurry whirl>PS whirl>PS whirl

i hit also:
barrage>run>barrage flip>run>blur>paradon>run>blur>paradon flip>run>barfly>barfly>run>blurriest>run>blurriest flip drop.

that was really good shred for me. i played my shred 30 sec. with one drop (i have done this shred on 230 pkt on paper, with one drop it's something like 210, 215 pkt)...

i'll beat my shred 30 record again, this time it was dropless for 225,9 pts... 30 contacts, 30 uniques, 116 adss (if I remember).

what i hit new and interesting?

almost new sick3 7>6>7 but i don't tell what (beceause i don't do it - in last trick)
