I had Let It Go by them on a St. Germain album (en laye cafe encore blah blah something -- good album) which happens to be the cut. So, I searched for the some more stuff by them and uncovered a wealth of great tracks. Not everything they remix is hip hop, but the hip hop tracks they do, well...

oooohhhhh shiiiiitt

I suggest their mix of Runnin' by the Pharcyde.

check out Subtle. It's a compilation between dose, jel, and four other guys. Some excellent tracks on the "New White" Album. (the "I LOVE LA song is amazing)

if you like this, also check out the album "ten" by clOUDDEAD. it's a lot more experimental, but I'm a huge dose fan so hell yeah!

I never really liked the Sweatshop Union emcees.. good lyrics but not that great of flow.. Its been a while though so I will check them out again, maybe my tastes changed.

Atmosphere is good hiphop, i like to play footbag to the cd, he has some rhymes in his songs but after a while its kinda like repetetive

this isnt underground at all, but it is hip-hop. and i dont have a song at all, im actually looking for one. can someone tell me the name of that song where its like...
"3 6 9...etc...get low...get low...from the window, to the wall...etc"

i heard it on the radio hundreds of times (back when they played it on the radio...came out kinda recently) and knew it well enough to sing along, but totally forgot the name and everything. someone must know it...

y'know, thats kinda what i was thinking (esp. with the name of the song), and had been looking for that exact name...with no success, because, it turns out that itunes doesnt have it. so either i give up, or someone hands it to me on a silver platter...either one is ok

If you like Illmatic you should check out Ready to Die, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), and Reasonable Doubt. I know I'm missing one... but those were the solid, give-you-chills amazing rap albums of the early '90s.
