No set time, just throughout the 25minutes.

Over the summer when I watched TV i would do 25 every time the show/movie went to commercial, and i watched TV for at least 2 hours at a time, and if i got tired i would do different variations.

Session with Nathan on Sunday at the Y.

Got there an hour early and lifted.
warm up:
curl 30lbs x25
50 pushups
hung on pull up bar for 30 seconds with my weak ass forearms

Lat pull downs:
3 sets of 6 with 180lbs
3 sets of 6 with 160lbs

Assisted pullups:
3 sets of 10

Curls:
2 sets of 6 with 65lbs, only got 4 reps on the last set :x

Dips:
3 sets of 15

After lifting i felt really pumped, maybe i'll get a membership and do this more often. I felt like i could think clearer footbag-wise. Don't remember what i hit exactly but they were mostly ducking drills, went kinda like this:
-Ducking Clipper>Diving Clipper>Rpt(first time ever)
-Zulu butterfly BSOS(almost hit them twice on both sides too!)
-Zulu clipper b2b to start off a string
-ducking clipper b2b to start off a string
-diving clipper>butter>rpt to a string
-zulu clipper>ducking clipper to a string
-pdx illusion>butterfly>rpt
-Blur>butterfly>rpt (again)
-sidewalk>butterfly>rpt to 8 contacts
-lots of ss butterflies
-footed blizzard BS
-lotta ripwalks midstring

After footbag:
Poor explanation of squats to Nathan.

Free weight tricep extensions>bench>rpt:
3 sets of 15 with 55lbs, this really wears me out.

Squats:
3 sets of 6 with 225lbs

I played ultimate frisbee for over an hour and bball for over 2 hours then played Brawl on the Wii for the first time today. I'm sooooo sore. Need to build endurance, going to start jogging again, but need better shoes first.

So my school finally has an ultimate team which was started by students with my division teacher sponsoring. She told the founder to recruit me, which was pretty cool. We still need more players so we have fresh people to switch in and out with during games. I felt that other than the team's founder, Johnathan, that i was one of the better players in terms speed, catching and throwing accuracy. Our first official game is on the 30th and we play two games that day against other high schools in Chicago. Practices are on monday and friday. We really need some faster people that can catch on the team. I need to go over gameplans with Jonathan cause the team doesn't have much chemistry yet, and most of the players can't throw a disc too well. I am fucken stoked for this! Lane Tech's got another sport to dominate Chicago in, too bad its my last year.

Every time you mention disc or frisbee I get flashbacks of trying to hit each other in the dark at Welles. I'm so glad you got some of that stuff on tape

The weather here's insane. Just turned spring and its snowing. Session with FTB, Shawn, and Tom yesterday. Haven't played since the last time i played with Nathan. I really like the Y sessions, i like the floor in the court even though its real slippery, i feel i play way better on it.

Jake came over today to take photos but there wasn't enough light so he'll be back tomorrow.

I played for an hour today, should have played this whole week! Different part of my basement where the floor is somewhat slanted and pipes overhead. Bad session, the floor kept throwing me off balance for strings, but i pulled out the camera before i finished and guess what?!

BLIZZARD BS!
i haven't even hit it any side before. The dexes aren't as deep as i would like but i'll take it for my first time, I turned to the side so the camera would catch how the dexes look.

This youtube application thing is neat.

My legs are so sore!!!

The whole last week has been filled with ultimate frisbee.

Friday
-after school practice. BIGG turn out, over 20 people. Most aren't good handlers, but I see a lot of potential in a good handful of players. Lots of running, but i kept up all the time.
-ate at Mr.Zee's, kinda sucked
-got a ride home from Fang.

Saturday
-ate 2eggs, croissant, some beef, rice, banana, cereal.
-haircut
-Ultimate practice at 10:30am
-one hour drills at Horner park, then moved to Welles Park cause horner park didn't want to be held accountable if we got hurt on the "soft" field.
-1 hour more of drilling
-1 hour of gameplay(my team got killed)
-Closed out with like 5 laps of Indian runs
-so much running!
-got a ride from Fang to train and went to Millenium park for footbag
-ate at Patty burgers, real good burgers
-took train with Nathan and Tom
-Ended up going back downtown with Fang and Allen to watch 21, decent movie, the people in the theater watching the movie were real polite, no one talked at all during the movie, and it was packed.
-ate two protein bars and B12 Vitamin water
-Walked around a bit
-ended up sleeping over at Fang's house cause the red line stopped running northbound.
-Showered and slept after laying in his sister's bed for a while

Sunday

-Woke up
-ate breakfast
-got ready
-headed to my house to get an extra pair of cleats for Ryne
-picked up Troy
-our quickest and most sure handed receiver, Steven(whitey) had some family issue to deal with, so we lost a key player
-Arrived at Schiller park and got my gear on
-the two teams we were supposed to play forfeited so we ended up playing Notre Dame's B team and Naperville North's A team. Notre Dame looked like an easy win, we were up 7-1 by the half(played to 14). Fang had 3 consecutive scores, and i had two, one was a diving catch, the diving catch i hung onto the whole game. After the half Notre Dame began to come back but not quick enough. final score was 14-10.
Naperville on the other hand demolished us. Ms.Gesky, our coach said that they're one of the best team participating in CUJO(Chicago ultimate junior organization). They were up 7-2 by the half and we only managed to score 3 more points before Naperville North won. Final score 14-5, i scored two of those, my ankle was bothering me and i was out of energy by the end. I feel we did real well considering all the other teams knew the game, have been practicing and playing together since the beginning of the year and we have only had one week and a day of practice. I need to build on my endurance so I'm going to be jogging as much as possible up until Thursday.
-Went to Fang's restaurant afterward with Al and Joe and ate.
-got a ride home from joe
-showered
-did laundry and homework
-Now im eating again cause i really need the energy and protein cause my calves and hamstrings are dead.

Almost forgot the freestyle highlights from the Millennium Park session with Gmoney.

-Atomic op Osis(first time, footed it flip too!)
-Flip DLO again
-Eggbeater first try

So 14 people showed up for the game on Sunday, but theres about 22 on the roster, if we have two more people join the team then we will have to split into two teams(A and B) in which i wouldn't enjoy. The team's still building chemistry and every practice i can see people getting the hang of their throws and catching.
Monday
Ultimate practice:
-Jogged 3 miles

Tuesday

Ultimate Practice:
-three half games with 4 vs. 4. Only one good diving catch.
-Worked on forehand, tried to teach Troy

I over worked my left quad, hope I'm good on friday for practice.

Dammit!

Ultimate is so fucken addicting! I've played every day, and i was suppose to rest today!

So last night i get a call from John, the team's captain and he tells me that Carey Goldenberg wants to scrimmage us. Carey Goldenberg actually reminds me a lot of Steve Goldberg. He's the Ultimate frisbee equivalent to Steve. Carey has dedicated his life to the sport and is the coordinator of CUJO. In the 80's, him and his team won two consecutive titles at worlds, so this guy should know a thing or two about the game. I find out during lunch that Carey's team is full of 8th and 9th graders! So after school everyone on the team that could make it met up and David drove is in his 15 passenger van, there were 13 of us. When we get to Welles theres this tiny ass kid who's swole as hell throwing a hammer at least 80yards, i found out later that he's actually 20 and has been playing for 8years. So everyone geared up and took a lap to warm up and stretched. The game was really laid back but Carey's team was still new to the stack formation, and we really weren't flowing so points came slowly. I only made mid range catches but deflected at least 8 passes. After a while i didn't even notice my knee and quad pains.

Eventually player's from Carey's team had to leave so they were down one man and i switched over to their side. I was still playing good D but i dropped two catches, both in the endzone and i could've had one if i dove a little harder. My team eventually won(Carey's team) with that 20 year old kid throwing a hammer for game point. I really shouldn't have played buy now i know i really have to work on my dive catches. Hope im not sore for tomorrow's practice.

12 more games left! We play Notre Dame A and Hinsdale Central on Sunday.

So i'm going to NEIU for college, which was my backup.

Played some Ultimate and lifted today... a touch of footbag too!

We played 5 on 5 scrimmage. My team demolished, it was John(team founder/captain), Al, Anthony, Ashley, and I. We barely had turnovers but this one play Al hucked the disc to me and i was running full speed at it. John was near the endzone so he ran back towards it and when i was close enough i jumped for it. John was about to jump and lead up with his elbow. His elbow went straight into my stomach then upwards. I was wheezing on the ground for a few minutes. That sucked!

I lifted with pete afterwards. I haven't benched in a long ass time but i've been doing plenty of pushups. Warmed up with the bar x50, then 2 sets of 10 with 165, smooth as butter! the last set was only up to 7 reps. I'm joining Xsport soon, looking to reach my old bench max(240lbs) and then some(maybe 300 by the beginning of school).

Just a bunch of clippers and butterflies in my running shoes, makes me think of getting climas or modding my shoes when they're dying.

Okay so its day 2 of my diet. I'll go into more details of it later but im going to cut weight and gain some more muscle mass.

Lifted today for 2 hours, worked on back, triceps and little bit of biceps.

Played some bball afterwards and Al got some cool photos of me dunking all over the place.

My gym's holding a raffle and a "300" challenge today with free food! It finna be intense.

EDIT: the 300 challenge was meant to replicate the workout the actors from the movie had to go through.

25 pull ups
50 deadlifts with 135
50 one arm hang cleans(25 each arm)
50 box jumps of 24"
50 pushups
50 floor wipers
25 pull ups
=300 reps

a trainer did that in 15 minutes, no rest, nothing!
