I looked up word in the dictionary and an exclamation is also a word so ohhhhhhh would fit that criteria

the O in Ohhhhhhh could be seen as number zero - so you have only one real letter in this eyclamation.

I doubt that it is right but I want to make sure that I am still part of the game

I really think that there are people who look up some riddles - I never heard any of these before arghhhhh

There are 5 letters in house. Now assuming that the only 'letters' that exist are those that are in house (and that the other 'letters' in the alphabet goes by some other name), then letteropener only contains 2 distinct letters (e, o), occuring 5 times. It was a wild guess because the obvious answers were taken and wrong.
