I changed my icon recently. In addition, I went to kick with Damon and Rich today. Managed to pull off three more jani walkers and three more fuzzy fly's (Sunil walkers). I had a bunch of six's too, including locomotion, food, mullet, whirlygig, and spender, they were just easier today, must be all the playing. I also remember a decent run with Voodoo midrun and a pixie double down to seal it. Before the session came to a close, Damon requested Mobius>blurry whirl but I didn't have any luck although I have sealed Mobius>blur, maybe another day. Once I hit it though, I'll do blurry toque>blurry whirl, since it's about the same difficulty.

Other than that I got a new bag from Richy which is another fearless 55 with some different ratio of filler, I liked the last one a bit more but I still haven't broken this one in yet. Oh yeah, and tonight is Sushi night, so I'll be downing some bad ass rolls here shortly, I can't wait.

So April is the next San Diego jam. Mostly because Emily and Fletcher are comming down in regard to the Padres and Duncan footbags. However since they'll be here we'll get all of SD together for the first jam in a long time. Everyone is welcome to come, so bring your game face.

I think I might release a vid soon, I'm overdo.

Mosher you scare me. Ever since I watched the atom smasher video you made, I think of that bulls eye throw you executed.

I'll make the video next time I get the chance to shred. That will most likely be this weekend with Jay, unfortunately Richy is hurt, and he's been that way surprisingly for two weeks. Poor dude, he loves shred more then I love my mother.

I shredded at the beach solo on Monday, blurriest is becoming almost 100% strong side, which is nice to know I have another triple dex to rely on. I also hit tapping whirl bsos, not huge, but new.

Richy wanted some advertising help, so I hooked him up. Check the video section or just click here:

Well last update was the two videos I released. Hope you liked. I don't know if I'll throw another out for a month or so.

Been playing about once or twice a week lately. Can't seem to find a good balance between lifting and footbag. If I have a leg day at the gym, I am not fully recovered for footbag for a while, which sucks. I did a shit load of squats, front squats, and hack squats last Thursday and could feel my clippers not like the bag today. Oh well, still hit bedwetter for the first time. Which is funny, because it's one of the most basic triple dexes, and something I should implement more into my game.

Bodybuilding has been good, I made an account at Bodybuilding.com and it's pretty sweet, you learn a lot there from other people and it brings me some inspiration. It really is amazing to see how much I have progressed in the last year and a half, the following is a good comparison:

ImageImage

Now my next goal is to be the best bodybuilder in footbag, so that means I'm just going to have to take down one person, and that person is of course, Ales. Unfortunately I don't know his height/weight comparison to myself and what I need to do to ultimately be better. I guess we'll just see at worlds if he goes. If he's on gear though, this is going to be much harder.

Before I close, I just wanted to say that the video section has been kicking a lot of ass lately. Vasek, Honza, Jorden, Clavens, and Penske (via blog) have all represented their skills. I guess only Felix is missing before we top off the top notch players for this years title. Hopefully, being my favorite player to watch, he's been shredding mercilessly to do even better this year. I can't wait to watch it all go down in Florida, I really don't know who is going to win.

Ales has pretty strong anti-drug and anti-alcohol views from what i understood during the time i spent with him, i assume that is still the case. So it will be an all-natural dumbbell duel!

I cant believe you got that much more ripped in a year and a half! sweet work
I think often about doing some kind of muscle-building stuff but have little or no motivation to get up early in the morning or go to the gym at all
One day.

Props on all your barraging shit too, that rules.

Of course you know thats all fake tanning lotion, right matt? Body builders apply that stuff more than generously before competitions because it makes muscles look shinier or something.
