Sunday 24th September
Length: 2 hours
Drilled: BOPs, Illusion, Tiltless, Whirl, Stepping, Atomic, Blazing, Whirr.
Siiiick session. Really fun, and made some good improvements. Whirls are almost satisfactory
BOPs were looking good, although didn't break any records. Just feels good to know my consistency is always getting better with that stuff. Illusions feel pretty tight these days.
Hit toe flux and footed clip flux, woo!
Blazing getting better, my flipside has switched on this, go figure! Hit blazing pdx mirage bs. Cool trick.
Almost bsos'd whirr 3 or 4 times.
rubberman - 9 contacts. Slowly improving

Felt really tight and controlled too. It often does, and I just don't catch it for some reason, I feel like I could keep going but don't

gay
Played around with
bent knee dexes. This can be done with almost any hippy dex. Instead of dexing with the thigh, bend your knee and pull your foot up to your butt, and dex with your thigh and calf together. Super cool! Especially on sets. Some people wouldn't consider that a dex, but I don't care what name you call it, it doesn't change what it is. And it's as much a dex as toe set reverse whirl so THERE.
Hit: Bent knee ripwalks / sidewalks
legbeater with bent knee atomic
bent knee wauxpin - this is awesome, but very hard.
Also had an idea for bent knee butterfly whirl. Unlike normal butterfly whirl, I believe this can be hit cleanly. You sort of do an S with your ankle... it's hard to explain in text though. I couldn't get it, but it's
definately hittable.
