Worlds 07
Worlds T-shirt...
So, I am registering for Worlds, and I notice there is a nice T-shirt that they are offering with registration. It asks if you would like a second one, but I don't know if it would be worth it.
Who suggests shelling out the extra 10 bucks for it?
________
Hall of Fame..
I think it would be a good idea to sign up for this - even though I don't know what it is.
What is the hall of fame ceremony, where all the players get awards and stuff?

My hotel room got robbed for a bunch of yet to be exchanged british pounds($$$$expensive$$$$) in Germany at worlds last year. And one of the only other Americans had his Ipod ripped off from the shred spot by a stranger I think.
Keep all valuables secure, I plan on having a space in my worlds house where I have the only key.

When traveling, it's best to be a penny pincher.
I guess if Erik is carrying $500, then $600-700 would be good enough for me. I don't know, I can go less, and I will be selling hacks.
I think I will invest on some traveler's checks as well.
I would keep my stuff secure at all times. I've had stuff missing whenever I travel sometimes - most of the time they've turned up. Best be careful.

That's my experience with travellers' cheques too.
EDIT: I thought they were talking about, like, Worlds '00 or '01??

Music restrictions
Music to be used at this event and on the Disney Sports Complex has to be of an innocent nature. Music with profanities, racism, battery or other inappropriate lyrics is not allowed or tolerated by the IFPA or Disney Sports Complex. Players found playing with such music will be disqualified from the event and could be barred from the complex by Disney. Disney and the IFPA hold the right to pull the plug on any routine with inappropriate music. Be warned. If you have music that is close to the edge, pick something else to keep in standing with our Disney surroundings and IFPA rules. Copyright approval not required.
Routine music
"Please bring your music on CD, preferably in mp3 format. You will have to turn in your music for ALL rounds at the Registration desk on-site"
Shred 30: More specific rules
* Only 3 add moves and higher will be counted as unique tricks. Adds will be counted normally from every trick even if it is 1 or 2 add move
* Drops are not uniques
* No x-dex will be used
* Barfly, paradon, double over down and down double down all ending to same side clipper are only one unique trick (and their symposium versions too). Also reaper and double switch over will be same trick. So setting surface doesn't make more uniques in those tricks. Means also that hand toss dod is equal to normal dod and therefore not a unique trick.
I am sad to announce that I do not think I am coming to Worlds.
Nothing is working my way.
I will just continue to save up for NYJ or CSS or both.
EDIT: NEEEEEVERMIND. I guess I whined enough to my mom that she asked her boss again and explained how important this was to me, and she got four days off in a row. I am calling Anthony Travel tomorrow. Hopefully they are around Saturdays. EEK!

Illegal drugs and glass bottles aside, concessions stands around any park makes me sad. They always, always overcharge. I don't like my budget if I plan to have a good beer with footbaggers on site if the need arises.Things you can't bring:
-Alcohol - There are concession stands around the complex and they sell beer and cocktails.
-Glass Bottles
-Illegal Drugs
At Terra Verde, however, things seem fair.
