Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.

I saw that picture again , and it made me laugh out loud.

had a good session today, and was given an ego boost by Jim when he said "woah, when did Zeb get good."

It was like half joke, half not, but it still felt good anyway.

Im still not going to post my best highlights, so I'll post the "worse" ones..

ps whirl bs
tomohawk bs
food
locomotion bs
blurry whirl bsos
pdx blender>drifter>whirl bs
Janiwalker, (can almost hit flip now, it just needs a little work.)
drifter, pdx drifter, torque, whirl all bsos

things I need to work on: Making sure I keep form on point when im playing (NEVER LAX!), and working on my flip atomic a lot more, im sick of it being dumb.

I dont think Jim will post it, so ill post it in here for him...

he was playing REALLY REALLY well. Like for the first time in like 2 years since ive known him, he surprised me (which doesnt happen often, when you play with someone like Jim Penske a lot you tend to get de-sensitized form what is hard/awesome, and what is not, making it seem like not that big of a deal, when in reality what he his was amazing)

anyway, he played super good, super good.

he did like a 30 run of nothing but double dex style moves and it ended with scorpians tail>highplanes drifter>(flurry?) anyway it was a good string.

there was other stuff, but its jim, so you can assume it was good ;)

thanks :)

i started working on a video, im going to need zac to help me film it though. I want to make it a video thats close to my potential as an editor, that represents my shred well, that represente ME well, and make it something I can show to people, and be proud that thats me kicking a sack in a video.

More to come on that, It should be done in a few days, im going to attempt to get it all from one session, so that I dont look better than I am.

havent played for 3 days now, on purpose, I feel like my legs needed a little break from the 3 hours sessions, and playing 2 days in a row with Jim/Daryl pretty hard. Ill kick tomorrow fully recovered.

until then

im chillin 8)

ok so i wanted to make a video, that DIDNT have all the best stuff i could do, and had shred from me on an average day, doing stuff i normally do, and not stuff i was doing to impress the camera. It worked out okay, but some of it is a little repetitive, but not too bad, either way it came out okay.

WOOOO!!!!!! Blog vid!!!!!

Good vid! The song went well with it. It didn't exactly go with the shred, but it said that it was a laid back, chill session. Your game is looking good! I was really impressed with your run length! Good variety on trick selection. Maybe a lil bit more toe moves ie; fairies and or atomics. Your pixies are looking good. Maybe a bit more bsos'ing of your harder tricks?

Props on doing an 'average' video, if you know what i mean.I often get pumped to get the best stuff on cam, quite silly.

I liked your pixies/drifter/osis related tricks. And the facial exspressions

Maybe spin/gyro more :) and step up your pixie/stepping shuffle?

Cool vid. Your form looks great on most of the stuff you're hitting, run length looks decent, drifters look great, ducks look WAY better than before, thanks for working on that.

Loco was missing an entire dex if that's what you were going for there. After the step it's two complete dexes, then bail to osis. It seemed like you had no problem with that on the motion though. Pdx torque looked great, not pulled or anything. Oh yeah, dynos looked awesome, you may as well milk those for all they're worth haha. Blenders...I'm not the best judge on them cuz I'm terrible at them, but looking at them I felt that you could've completed the dex on them a little more before going to osis.

All in all solid video, albeit surprisingly low level compared to how I thought your game was. But I guess like you were saying it was a chill sesh, and you weren't camera flossin :P I'm actually really glad to have a video of you now and I'll definitely watch it some more this week to use with my own game.
