whenever the footbag comes within a 3 meter radius of you, attack it, all out. footbag is about spazzing out and kicking the bag whenever possible! feel free to steal it from your friends with a sneaky kick or hand whack. Don't let them hack it! footbag is all about messing everyone else up.

if you have some phlegm, or, even better, a lip full of chewing tobacco, just spit it in the middle of the circle. Then, you can work on your accuracy and target practice by kicking other people's footbags into the wad of gross mouth juices.

the best part is, I've witnessed everyone one of these practices firsthand. Okay, maybe not the third one...
