Hey Zach, I think you've got a superblawg, even though I think you should stop being so down on yourself. That shit'll come back, you've only been out of your cast for like two weeks right? You just have to have faith that things will work out ok.
Just go slow, and post some vids of your progress. You got it.

by the weekend I will have posted a video of the last time I played before I broke my ankle.
Please give me any critiques you have on my game, style or trick wise. I am going to be starting from the basics once my ankle is healed enough to play. So I will be re working everything that needs it.
If you can think of anything without the last video (which isnt very good) please tell me. I want to make my game better than ever.
I tried to reply yesterday, but computer was jacked.
Sooo, I hadn't played (but once) in almost 3 months! And then for the past 5 days I've played 4 of them (1 as squares). And my body has thanked me.
I mean I know I'll have fun with friends, and I know I'll have fun spinning and ducking and dexing and stalling, and I know all my aches of sedentary lifestyle will go away if I'm active. Breathing hard and breaking a sweat and now I feel so much better. Plus - wine and cheese soon. Plus, move here bra, for like a few months or weeks
So Sunday myself and 2 friends signed a 12 month lease on a house in Royal Oak MI. The 3 of us are living in a 4 bedroom house. If anyone wanted to come and visit I have a whole extra bedroom you can stay in.
I would love visitors! so please come visit me since I cant leave the state.
I'm going to play footbag at my new house tomorrow!

The new house is awesome. We just got internet setup so I will start posting again (maybe).
I have been playing footbag 2 or 3 days a week for 30-40 minutes at a time. I don't want to push it too hard and injure something again. The ankle feels pretty good, but because of all the extra weight I put on while not being able to do anything it is affecting my knees a little.
Been doing a lot of reading. I'm really into this author Charlie Houston. So far I have read his books, Caught Stealing, and The Mystic Art of Erasing All Signs of Death. If anyone is looking for a quick read that is very enjoyable I suggest reading either one of these.
