The montreal crew is shifty, I doubt you'll get a hold of anyone. I'd shred with you but I'm in Lachute during the week :(
The only time I'm available is Sunday afternoon.

Hey Mathieu, I think I'm interested in a pair of goonits. Sure you can't find black? Oh well. When can you get them and when do I pay?

Oh yeah.. I was filming myself working on my routine yesterday.. I was shreding like shit if I was trying 3 add moves, meaning my second minute is really shitty since I'm going for harder moves in it.. But my first minute that is more 'safe' is going well so far..
If I can get this under 5 drops every try I will consider competing intermediate, or am I not enough advanced to fit in the competition?
I dont care about finishing last, but I just would'nt like to feel like im not advanced enough to compete!

anyway heres the link:

Matt your routine is good, well, the first minute is really good. Better than mine was, and i didnt get last. But you should know that intermediate routines are 1:30 long, or they were last year im pretty sure, not 2:00.
good luck, with some more practise you will definately get top 10 intermediate.

Woah, what's this? Nick posting in the Montreal blog? The seventh sign of the apocolypse!

I've been playing purdy ok lately. I've been watching Champion's league over and over, there is some sickass footage on that. I hit my flip scorpion's tail the other night while doing a demo for someone. Today I almost hit pixie paradon>blurry whirl>spinning whirl
Hit spinning whirl bsos reaaaaal easy. My osii are going amazing right now. I was close to bedwetter>whirl rpt.

There's a net tournament in MTL this weekend, and I was thinking about going. It's at Parc Jeanne-Mance, so there's no surface to freestyle, but it would be fun to drink some beers and play some hack. Oh and watch the net finals! :D

If anyone wants to go, gimme a call. PM me if you don't have my #.

I just realized I can't go! I am the cameraman for a film that's being shot all next week on the beach, and we leave Sunday at 1pm. Sorry.

James, check your PMs.

Ahhhhh the blog.. I havent posted here in soo long, Ive been avoiding it like an Ex actually, but im back in black!!!

SO today marks the start of my solo training for a while. Id like to do 2-3 weeks INTENSIVE solo skooling so I can spank some asses around the globe for the next year in Frankfurt.

It started out pretty badly, realizing I had put my tighty undies on backwards after havnig gotten to the park. Luckily the nearby shrubbery concealed by genitilia from the too-interested 13 year old girls who had unceremoniously fallen in love with me on the spot, and I managed to rectify the situation.

Warm up went shitty, I was feeling shaky and useless until around 15 minutes into the session where things started really heating up. Ive had a groin injury since last year after worlds that acts up and goes away every now and then, and today was scary because I felt a bit of tension (No NOT because of the 13 yr olds) around that area, somewhere between my thigh and my left nut. I made sure to warm up especially the muscles involved, and everything went pretty smoothly after that.

Shredded hard for about an hour and a half, and I really can feel my flipside improving TREMENDOUSLY from just this one session! I kicked with a few soccer players for a bit to take a little break, and then went back to skool.

After another hour, I start getting cramps and sore everywhere, I call it quits, warm down and head home.

NEW MOVES
- double spinning swirl
- Torque-screw (SUPER close to barroque-screw, but probably The)
- Blistering legover (the non whirling leg)
- Atomic Gyro Whirl (Inspiried by Jamesy Wamesy, though symp version is too hard)
- Flip ZigZag
- Flip stepping reaper
- Flip double-pickup
- Flip whirling swirl and symp version.
- Flip Maelstrom
- Flip spinning pdx. blender
- Flip Food and GYBAS
- Flip Double pickup. Im especially proud of this one, it has been eluding me for a while

The key was learning to LEAN over the bag and trust my support leg enough to bend it properly. After that, everything was a joke, it came so easily. Ive had the motions on my flip for a while, it was just bad posturing which kept me from catching it!

I hit some pretty phatty combos too, like whirring rake > toe blizzard, scorpions tail > dbl pickup > tapping blender > spinning whirling rake. :o BOOYAH! One of the hardest combos Ive ever hit right there! :o

A bunch of other cool stuff too, like swifter > blazing butterfly > PS reverse whirling gyro toe.

Alot of my good elements were SO on tonight, like downtime barrages both sides with all variations no problem, swirling sets so high I kept losing balance for my ripstein while waiting for the bag to fall.

SO the session actually turned out to be the best Ive , ever, I think, which is really motivating and inspiring. I have to work my flip barflies then, Ive neglected them pretty badly lately, Ive been too lazy to put the effort into them. Well no more! WATCH OUT WORLD!

TO BE CONTINUED!

Haha, In response to him not asking you I write this: BS. You're a pretty smart guy Im sure you can figure out what it means

Hes already called to check in, and he has 'inspectors' to come around and check to make sure everything is OK. Naturally everything WAS a huge mess and it smelled like pork very strongly in the kitchen, so he called in but everything is Kool Kolo NoW!!!

Oh and James we gotta shred, and hit a party and ROCK it like theres no tommorow!!! Dont give me some lame-ass excuse like your shoppping for hampsters or anything like you normally say.

For the meager amounts of readers out there, you guys should know that me and James are the Dynamic Duo. Our style, creativity, and ability SHINE like a footbag supernova and we're fresher then mr.clean and bounty on cotton.

Ohhhh man and we got to hit Brantford to shred it up with Jorden soon, and convince Johhny to get his butt there too, it will be such a sick weekend if we pull it off. Im thinking September for it, best time of year for shredding outside especially, and we wont be as busy.
