It reminded me of Audrey Hepburn.

I did a similar thingy in school, like, 7 years ago.
Not nearly as cool, but the same kind of idea with the textures:

Close guess Asmus, but Erik got it right, it's Audrey Hepburn. Erik I really like your piece, it's so detailed and intricate.

The dimensions are around 14 inches by 16 inches.
